The property is simply amazing. It is super clean and english breakfast is best in southeast asia that we had. Special thank do the staff, Dina, Win, Yoga and their friends are such a adorable people, they are very friendly and kind, we will definitely miss these people. Also if you are fan of non-touristic places, you will find city Amlapura close to the villa and you can experience amazing food and meet so kind people. If not just stay in villa and appreciate the view which is astonishing!!
It's a bit far away from everything, so if you want to travel around, and you don't use scooter or car, be prepared for constant taxi drives and expensive restoran food in around. But maybe this is not a problem in your case :D

Beautiful place and surroundings. Helpful stuff. The breakfast and dinner is served in the room.
There are quite steep, but very spacious stairs to the room with shared pool. Not a problem.
Some lizards in the room. But they are harmless.

View, the available space and facilities, the staff availability
To many stairs, shared pool, privacy issues (do the walk above the pool to the end. Standing naked in the bathroom with the view to the pool need a barrier to the other guests. I don’t recommend for older people or with difficulties moving up and down the stairs

We liked most things, the view from the room is amazing and just for that I would say you have to stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the bathroom was stylish. We had the private pool which was clean and a great size for a swim around and to cool down gazing at the volcano and fireflies. The staff were very friendly, professional, and their service levels and response time were great.
I didn't like the area before you enter the premises next to the business signpost, as it is covered in trash and there is a burn pit there. It would be great if the area was cleaned up as it would make a better impression when arriving. I think with a place like this they should have glass water bottles and a refill system instead of plastic bottles. Also the breakfast could be better, it was ok.

This property has the most amazing view. Surrounded by countryside (peace and quiet) and amazing view of the volcano.
The staff were so kind and friendly and happy to help in any way possibles . The room was also a great size with lounge area and very clean.
Breakfast served in your room.
Staff also helped with tours and transport which were great.
For those who don’t like stair this is may not be for you (although they do have 1 room with minimal stairs ) lots of very steep steps (but worth it for us for the incredible view and staff also insisted on getting the bags to the room for us )

Stunning view mount Angung, impressive bath room, shower, staff, tea
Not liked shared pool villa, no privacy when people next door, swim up outside your bath, balconey, room look inside, also not safe. Bath tub slippery, sun bed no madras, you far away from any food, drink not put anything inside the fridge, food no good taste , taxi expensive then put extra credit card charge, villa is 100 steps down almost on the rice field

Absolutely incredible place to stay, I couldn’t recommend it more highly and it is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Stunning views overlooking the rice terraces and Mount Agung, beautiful villa, amazing amazing staff who were so kind with our baby and brought whatever we needed so so quickly - dinner, breakfast, lunch, drinks etc.
Nearby we enjoyed seeing Tirta Gangga and lunchtime dining / views at Bali Asli. The dinners brought by the staff upon request were excellent - particularly the homemade Thai curries. I would return to this villa x100 over!

🌿 A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Villa di Bias 🌿
From the moment we arrived at Villa di Bias, we were welcomed not just with smiles—but with genuine heart. What makes this place magical is not just the breathtaking views of rice fields and Mount Agung, but the people who carry its soul.
Dina and Widia, you were the shining stars of our stay. Every morning, you showed up with warm smiles, exceptional kindness, and a level of grace that made us feel like family. From breakfast chats about Mingming the cat (who was bravely mothering kittens somewhere nearby), to helping us with every little thing—your presence made our experience unforgettable.
Widia, you greeted us with so much warmth and stayed with us through every step—literally. From arranging scooters and food deliveries, to calmly solving issues like the cold water—your care was meticulous. You handled everything with elegance and I honestly hope Villa di Bias recognizes your leadership. You would make an excellent manager.
Dina, you stepped up so naturally and confidently when Widia was off duty, ensuring our transition to the next hotel went seamlessly. You were always there to say hello, to check in on us, and your energy was just as grounded and wonderful.
Special thanks also to Yoga and Shinta, who were always there to help. From luggage support to backing up the team whenever needed—you could feel the unity and strength in your teamwork.
And of course, how could I forget our driver/pool guy—who brought not only great service but sunshine on a cloudy day. His joke will stay with me forever:
“It’s cloudy today, not nice weather.”
“Yes, true,” I said.
“Then let’s do this—you blow on the right, I blow on the left, and we’ll chase the clouds away together so the sun can shine.”
It’s small moments like this that make Villa di Bias so much more than a villa—it’s a living, breathing experience of kindness, joy, and community.
If there are people that were actually dissatisfied with anything at all then these are people that went there thinking they are above all others and only for the gram so if you are a person like that don’t go for the sake of the good people that work there and also for you own sake because you will actually get to see how "normal“ people make a living

The landscape outdoor but don t forget you will sleep INDOOR.
This review that will save your money:
-moldy and peeling walls
-dirty and smelly towels and of course gray ones so you can't see how clean are. (I know that in hotels they have to be white, colored ones are bought at people home )
-high prices for any service for the area
-breakfast is something like "street food" but moved to a plate because they don't have their own restaurant. -The floor inside the villa is dirty even after they “cleaned” and they don't offer indoor slippers here, I don't want to imagine how superficially everything is cleaned.

From start to finish, we had such a lovely stay at Villa Di Bias. We were picked up from the airport with transport arranged by the villa and our driver, Made, was lovely and gave us a warm welcome to Bali. The rooms are gorgeous with the most stunning views. The beds are super comfortable and everything was just perfect. The staff there are AMAZING! They are attentive, really look after you and will do their utmost most to help you with anything you need. They even give you little bottles of mosquito repellent too, which was a lovely touch, as I’m always getting bitten by them!
The villa itself is further out from Amed town, but we loved the calmness of it all: less touristy area and a serene, picturesque paradise. The villa is also closer to the certain attractions, such as Lahangan Sweet, Berina Rice Terrances and Tirta Gangga. There are quite a few steps going down to the villa with the shared pool, so be prepared for that. However, you do not need to worry about carting your luggage up and down, the amazing staff do it all for you 🙏🏼 We had a lot of luggage too, as we are on holiday for 6 weeks, so we had 2x20kg cases and hand luggage cases - the people that work here are awesome! Truly appreciated 💪🏼 We also had breakfast included and they bring it to the room for you, where you enjoy it whilst taking in the breathtaking views 😍 On a clear day, you also have a perfect view of Mount Agung from the pool. Communication with the Villa Di Bias team was faultless - they invite you to a WhatsApp group for the duration of your stay and are prompt with all responses and requests. ☺️
This is our third time in Bali, but our first time in this area and we truly loved it. A must visit and a must stay at Villa Di Bias - wow! 😍 Thank you for an incredible few days 🥰

The Villa has an amazing view, exactly how it was promoted, with direct access to the pool overlooking the valley.
Very Large room and bathroom, a very cute area with sofa and table.
Breakfast is served in the room in the morning ( the Villa doesn't have its own restaurant), but there is not much selection. Upon request you can order lunch and dinner in the room as well ( wide choice, good quality ).
The overall structure is perfect for a getaway. I loved the walk up and down the side of hill to each the room.
Better have a scooter to move around, there is nothing outside the villa on the street.

Disgusting and unacceptable – stay away
The view from the room was stunning, but that’s where the positives end. The room had a severe ant infestation—ants were not only crawling all over the bed, they were literally falling from the ceiling. It was absolutely disgusting and made it impossible to stay.
The hotel acknowledged the problem but offered no solution. They didn’t provide an alternative room, didn’t help us find another hotel, and didn’t even offer transport. We had to spend three hours of our holiday dealing with the mess, pay for a new hotel ourselves, and cover the taxi fare to get there.
This level of negligence is outrageous. A hotel that charges these prices should take responsibility when there’s a clear health and hygiene issue. Avoid this place at all costs.

One of the best views in Bali. Out of the action, beautiful venue, helpful staff and jaw dropping scenery.
Feels a lot more like a hotel rather than villa. The staff are very helpful and communicate well but it is very remote.

+ amazing views, as the property overlooks an entire valley of rice fields
+ extremely friendly and helpful staff (honestly, they are some of the most genuinely helpful people I've met)
+ spacious interior
+ huge bathroom
+ large terrace, that includes a covered area to have meals or simply relax during the day
+ quiet area
- not an issue for me, but consider that the quietness and peaceful surroundings comes due to the rather remote positioning of the property. It's very close to the main road, so it's easily accessible- but not in a tourist hot spot. So if you are expecting party areas or restaurants nearby, you won't find such things.
There are plenty of things to do in the region (Lempuyang temple, water palaces, rice fields, coffee or cocoa plantations etc.), but they require daylight and driving.

Absolutely breathtaking views, literally couldn’t stop gazing out all day. Quiet area and very relaxing. The staff was very kind and responsive to all our questions. Location is close to temples and tirta gangga via scooter or hired driver!
We wished for the option to get our own dinner from nearby spots but the villa was secluded enough to feel too much of a hassle to do so. Nonetheless, food here was decent and we would 100% come back again.

This was our second time at this place, and we absolutely loved it. The private villa is spacious, bright, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom features a large window with a mind-blowing view of the rice fields. Even though there are large windows, it still feels very private as the villa is located at the very top. We also loved the gazebo — it’s covered, so you can enjoy your meal with a view in any weather. The staff was kind, helpful, and quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back!

Recently I got a chance to spend one night in Villa di Bias in their one-bedroom villa with a pool and stunning views of rice fields and majestic Mt. Agung.
To be honest I booked this villa just by a lucky chance when I was looking for some accommodation near Tirta Gangga, Lahangan Sweet and Lempuyang Temple. I was trying to avoid crowds when visiting these places so one day tours from Ubud felt like a nightmare to me. Staying in this villa was the best thing I could do for a peaceful visit of these places.
The villa itself was such a HUGE surprise to me!! It was very affordable and so I had no expectations but at the end it was one of my favorite stays in Bali. The villa is spacious and it has large and comfortable bed and modern well equipped bathroom with both, a shower as well as bath. My favorite part anyway was the outside area with a pool and breathtaking views. It was very authentic experience.
After check-in they add you into a WhatsApp group where you can communicate with the whole team. They also have informative app about the breakfast, dinner, activities, transports… it was very handy and I really loved how all the staff took care about us.
The only thing I would change is a length of the stay. Next time I would book at least two nights to enjoy this peaceful and relaxing place as much as possible.
Thank you Villa di Bias for having us! It was unforgettable stay.

We stayed two days as part of our honeymoon getaway. The view is stunning! Just stunning we couldn't ask for a better view and calm area with no distractions. The room with all the facilities is perfect.. didn't need anything else. Just the perfect getaway. On top of all that the staff was so kind and helpful. Especially our Yuda! He was super helpful and responsive at any time of the day and went out of his way to help us. Also rented a scooter from the hotel and was 10-20 minutes away from all the attractions and the road to the hotel is easy and very accessible. Can't stress enough how calming and relaxing the view and the pool was. Overall super clean and helpful staff.
Breakfast is above average. In addition if you're not used to local food, there are barely any restaurants nearby to have a bite. You have the option to order some food from the hotel. But it wasn't up to standards and could be improved. Had to go to the mart for a day to get some instant noodles to eat.

We had a small apartment without a pool for one night, and we regret that we didn't stay longer. The interior is new and clean. The view over the rice field is breathtaking no matter if from the balcony or through the panorama window. If the clouds are gone you have a fantastic view of the volcano.
The staff is absolutely professional and very friendly. They organized a scooter for us and a car to get to the Pandang Bai port. I recommend renting a scooter to reach restaurants or do sightseeing. Our personal highlight was Tirta Gangga, which is around 10min away by scooter. If you go there around 6:30am it's empty, and you can shoot beautiful pictures.
Breakfast was good and if needed you can order food, the staff will organize it for you.
We highly recommend this place!
