We had room 1 by the pool and beach. Beautiful and quiet. Yes there are steps so this needs considering if you have mobility issues. But personally loved this place. It is not in he heart of amed but enough around or scooter is great. They organised scooter rental and happy to help with what you need. Room is clean and well presented. We would return

Next to the ocean and close to amenities. Nice pool overlooking the ocean. Friendly staff.
Smelt damp, condensation in the windows. Building work next door overlooking the villas.
