We booked room by pool on seafront - it was lovely & we would recommend it. Spacious room with dressing area. Big slightly open air wet room. Good A/C. Well tended tropical grounds. Small clean pool. Friendly team of staff. We snorkelled for hours straight in front of hotel, 10 metres from our room. Amazing coral reef with 100s of fish & we were lucky to swim with two green turtles there. Fantastic !! Good breakfast. We'd also recommend Galanga restaurant 250 m away on road towards Lipah.
Other guests said rooms close to road were too noisy. Hotel is in a quieter stretch ( except for busy road) between Amed & Lipah, we walked to them both but road is busy & no pavement.

The hotel is located right on the beach; guests can enjoy breakfast by the pool with a view of the sea
Unfortunately, we got a room right next to the road, so there was a lot of noise from the road. I wouldn't have been able to sleep without earplugs, unfortunately, the sound insulation in the walls and roof was minimal

Absolutely amazing staff, so very friendly and professional. Always helpful . The rooms are the biggest I've ever stayed in Bali . Rooms include a lounge area in addition to bedroom and bathroom. Great views of the tropical garden , with lots of light . Very clean. Extremely quiet at night time as you are away from the main area of Ahmed . The pool area is absolutely stunning . Right on the beach , incredibly relaxing and peaceful . We ate our breakfast there every morning. Great snorkeling directly from the hotel, coral and fish. There are many warungs in close walking distance . It's a 20 minute walk into the main centre or 5aud taxi ride . We walked it every day for exercise . We will definitely come back here .

Next to the ocean and close to amenities. Nice pool overlooking the ocean. Friendly staff.
Smelt damp, condensation in the windows. Building work next door overlooking the villas.
