The pool and quiet location.
A bit of a walk to beach, villas across street generally won't allow you to walk through to beach front.
Air con position not so good and the little Aircon was too small for such a large room.
Room lights too dim.

Nice elevated sea view, big beautiful pool, and friendly staff. Clean comfy property that's quiet at night. Basic restaurant and convenience store on site. Perfect location if you ride a scooter. Just 3-4 mins to central Amed. Close to beaches and several snorkeling sites 🤿

This place is perfect : great location, easy access, awesome view and away from noises.
Wayan (the manager) was so helpful and he is really commited to work, they are lucky to have him. The staff is efficient, the accommodation is very clean and the food is good !
Maybe I'd say the mattress is hard, like everywhere in Bali.
But we slept well anyway !
