The location is amazing. The grounds were beautiful with a lovely pool area. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The towels, pillows and sheets are old and not particularly clean need replacing. The beds are small ( only doubles) and the mattresses are not comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed at Coral View Villas, on this occasion in a Large Double/Twin Room, which was much better /larger and cleaner than the bungalow we had stayed in previously.
The primary attraction of Coral View Villas is its proximity to Lipah Beach - you can literally walk straight into the water and see turtles and coral. It also has a quite lovely pool - though it lacks cushions on the sun lounges.
A few things at Coral View Villas could be improved and would make a huge difference to the quality of the stay, such as providing a drying rack for the towels and bathers, increasing the variety at breakfast ( or just getting a toaster that works??), and improving the choice at the restaurant overall ( though there are good cafes nearby), and providing cushions on the sun lounges.
It would also be great if there was somewhere on the beach where hotel guests could sit/ put towels while they swim. There is someone rents a couple of sun lounges but he's a bit pushy and they are the most expensive in Bali!

Excellent location. Great snorkelling. Nice pool and pleasant surroundings. The restaurant was small but the food very tasty.
The front door security was a little off-putting initially but we got used to it. They have a room safe.

beachfront hotel. breakfast is limited buffer and 1 ala carte choose from the list. pool is ok. one of the better food quality in term of taste and food portion in the area.
cleanliness of the room is below average but not until bad. found dozens of dead bees on the 2nd floor and could tell was there for weeks. I told the receptionist about it and asked to clean the room the next day, Sadly, these dead bees were still on the 2nd floor untouched. It was only "cleaned" on the 3rd day.
