Villa Batu Tangga

The villa is spectacularly located on the side of the cliff with fantastic views of the ocean. The rooms are simply furnished but very comfortable and the housekeeping team were fantastic and looked after us extremely well. Great pool too !

We are a family with grown teens so the house suited us well. However, it is a very steep site with some big unfenced drops, notably around the pool, so this house is not suitable for families with young children in my opinion. There is a swimming platform directly to the ocean but we didn't use this because again the steps are very steep and there are no handrails on the stairs or to help you get in and out - this would be a great addition.

The staff were amazing, nothing was a problem, food great - beautiful location. Highly recommend. Sari and Ketuk great Villa hosts :)

Hot water not always consistent

The 3 bedroom villa was amazing and beautifully appointed with a spectacular view and pool area. It was the perfect stay. Sari was an exceptional host - a talented cook and super friendly. Do a cooking lesson with her. She was entertaining and the food was delicious. We will be back.

We were looking for the Villa and occasionally this one wasn’t booked for 3 days, luckily. As we were not far - checked and were very impressed by place and decorations. So can say it’s a beautiful decorated house with sea view from the every corner, blowing off the fresh wind. Only one thing-almost impossible to swim in the sea because of the rocks and high waves (depending on weather) we but you can use the beautiful beach of the Aquamarine beach villas hotel in walking distance from the Villa. That’s for free because of the same owner. So you have options Sari can prepare the food, help to organize dinner, car etc

That’s a beautiful villa with an amazing view, Sari and her husband was very helpful and always near to support us in every topic. Try Sari’s banana pancakes, I still remember the taste 🤤 they also organized for us a tourist trips into the island for a reasonable price. We are really enjoyed our stay with them and can highly recommend to everyone this hosts

Eine wunderbare sehr große Villa mit einem bezaubernden Pool und einem gigantischen Wohn-/Essbereich mit Meerblick über 3 Seiten in exponierter Lage. Unsere Housekeepering Sari hat uns jeden unserer Wünsche direkt erfüllt. Einfach Großartig!

Die Anfahrt zur Villa ist aufgrund der schlechten Straße etwas mühsam. Die Straße wird aber aktuell ausgebessert.

La vue était exceptionnelle. La piscine, les salons, le magnifique jardin, tout était parfait. Le coup de cœur de nos vacances. Sari prepare de très bon et copieux petits déjeuners. Une mention spéciale pour ses banana pancakes qui étaient délicieux.

De locatie en het uitzicht zijn geweldig, zelden op zo’n mooie plek geweest. De villa is ruim en zeer comfortabel. Sari is geweldig en heeft heel goed voor ons gezorgd.

villa magnifique, luxueuse , absolument époustouflante au jardin magnifique extrêmement bien entretenu, vue de rêve en hauteur sur la mer, chambres spacieuses et propres, décoration raffinée, cadre exceptionnel, piscine agréable. On a bien mangé dans les restaurants d'Amed (allez au Rimba Café, excellent, agréable et de qualité)

au vu du standing de la villa, nous attendions un niveau de prestations équivalent mais il faut absolument revoir la gestion de cette maison car dans les salles de bains, on trouve seulement du gel douche et du shampooing et rien d'autre, il manque peignoirs, brosses à dent et dentifrice, chaussons, petit savon, cotons tiges...rien de tout cela. Aucune machine à café ou de thé ni de dosettes de café n'est mis à disposition, aucune coupe de fruits, pas un gramme de paquet de riz ou de biscuits dans les placards de la cuisine très vieillotte et austère, on est cloitrés car la villa est très excentrée d'Amed à la merci de la dame qui peut cuisiner pour nous et le service proposé n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du cadre de la villa. la cuisinière rognait sur tout, cuisinait en petites quantités, nous reprochait de vouloir des assiettes garnies, a été jusqu'à reprocher à ma fille de 7 ans d'avoir demandé trop de confiture sur ses crêpes et que son pot de confiture était presque vide à la fin du séjour !!!!! il fallait diner vers les 19h et nous avions demandé 19h30 un soir mais ça lui faisait trop tard...la nourriture était correcte mais il fallait manger vite car elle voulait faire sa vaisselle et repartir vite chez elle en nous le faisant sentir avec insistance. Le chauffeur proposé par la villa avait des tarifs exorbitants et était extrêmement désagréable loin du sourire balinais. De plus il nous a été reproché de prendre une chambre par personne car nous étions deux dames avec ma fille , la cuisinière chaque jour nous a fait la remarque de ne pas occuper toutes les trois la même chambre et de ne pas dormir dans le même lit car ça lui faisait trop de ménage !!!! le pompon fut le dernier matin, alors que nous avions la villa jusqu'à midi, le personnel de ménage est arrivé à 9h00 et commençait à faire le ménage, sortant ma valise et déplaçant mon maillot de bain pour regrouper nos affaires.

Нам все понравилось, но не подойдет людям с ограниченными возможностями, много лестниц.
