We had a wonderful stay at Aquamarine Beach Villas, Amed. The location is outstanding, with breathtaking panoramic ocean views that make this property truly special. Although the drive from Jimbaran took nearly four hours, the journey was absolutely worth it once we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and stunning scenery made it feel like a hidden paradise.
The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially loved the private pool, which added to the relaxing experience. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day.
There are just a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and we were surprised that it didn't have a bidet. Having visited Bali four times and stayed in numerous hotels and Airbnbs, this was the first property we encountered without one. While this may not matter to every traveler, it was an important convenience for our family.
Overall, the villa, the spectacular views, and the peaceful atmosphere far outweighed these minor drawbacks. We had a memorable stay and would happily recommend Aquamarine Beach Villas to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in Amed.

Infinity pool with spectacular views over ocean, easy sandy beach access for snorkelling & boat trips, very comfortable large outdoor area in Villa Macondo. Plenty of warungs close-by. We enjoyed the Ibus Seaview Warung (50m from Aquamarine).
Bathrooms are dark & no ventilation - shower head in small bathroom was blocked so unusable. Price lists for restaurants & trips in rooms need to be updated - would save embarrassment at checkout. For the price charged, we felt breakfast should be included. Go elsewhere for massages. A few tweaks would make this a 10/10 stay.

Would be great for couples, nice rooms and amazing views
Location, a long way from anywhere, including ATM and supermarket. A warung next door which is good, and the onsite Italian restaurant
