Pleasant stay by the Sea

Nice being so close to the ocean and hearing the waves crash at night. Very clean and nice pool too.

Exceptional

Genuinely couldn't fault anything. It was exactly as it was advertised. Beautiful villa overlooking the ocean. Peaceful but just a few kilometres from plenty of restaurants and excellent snorkeling. We hired a car and scooter to visit the stretch of coast and nearby sights. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We hope very much to return.

The location was too remote, dangerous to drive at night . The dogs on the way are kind of aggressive. The rooms might need a closet.

Astonishing views from any point of the property & Friendly owners

the view of course and that's the main reason what made me choose this villa in the first place its very astonishing. pool: its location center of the villa and you can just see the wide ocean from any point of the villa also while in the pool. ocean: the ocean being beneath where you can listen to the waves constantly and get consumed by the nature. the property in general: was clean and the owners were very friendly. privacy : seems i had to clarify this part due to some other comments, the property is like a resort holds different types room however for the halberd villa its totally private " yes there is common walking path that leads there at the end you need to enter and exit from a point, but its completely private villa. however for the other types are shared with other guests. "

Laundry: its not managed by the property owners as i knew priory, but they allow the housekeeping to provide such service, however not all cloth were ironed, she should have at least informed that it was not enough time will still be happy to pay her in full for her honesty, its the first time where i felt cheated in Bali especially the price was 25k per kg which later i found in amed center for less price and even in kuta so avoid laundry service there. Employees: that staff is not available 24/7 on the property, at least there should be one that can provide service even late hours. location: far from amed center even by car, anyways i knew that prior to booking.

A taste of the ‘real Bali’ - Aas Village

Gili Persona, built on a cliff edge overlooking the Indian Ocean, these Villas are located in the fishing village Aas approx 4km south of Amed. A path leads down from the Villas to the waters edge where there is a large golden rock with a spire topped with a large quartz crystal and a Buddha statue located under the cliff. Morning views include sunrise and local Jukung returning under sail from their fishing grounds; evening views are of the moon shining a path along the water and lightening shows. The Smiling Buddha, Wawa-Wewe and The Boat Shed restaurants are located nearby as are a few local shops for any last minute supplies. Snorkeling/ free diving is a must here with clear water, great variety of fish species and deeper water just off the shore. Although be warned, entry and exit is via a rocky shore line, you need to plan your access/ egress points navigating slippery barnacle covered rocks and once in there is often a strong current running parallel to the shore - making it excellent conditions to drift dive. Despite these considerations you will be rewarded with views of boulders, corals, bommies, and dropoff. Also the view back to shore is worth it, Jukung and bolder lined shore elevating into the mountain slopes. The Villas are well equipped and clean, pool area is well laid out to take in the views while relaxing.

During one of the evening downpours the bathroom flooded from a torrent of water entering via the above basin light, which then traveled into one of the adjoining rooms, but this is ‘Bali baby’, and it added a bit of entertaining chaos to the experience.

Bali’s Santorini

The place bares a great resemblance to Greece’s Santorini, with the beautiful pool overlooking a perfect ocean view, from the balcony too. The place also comes with so many amenities and utensils, and it has a one of a kind AC that is better than my own back home! Much needed in Bali.

The staff was absent and we did not see them except when we arrived, even after checking out we did not see anyone and just walked away. The food/breakfast menu is a little lacking. Almost zero security as someone from the street literally followed us home and entered the property and it was creepy.

Great quiet, modern and clean Villas with pool and beach view in Amed!

Beautifully kept, private, clean, new villas at the North end of Amed. Staff are wonderfully accomodating and helpful. Pool is warm and inviting and location has view of the ocean. Room was clean and comfortable, the villa we were in was two stories with a small kitchen that included basic utensils, pans, plates, toaster, a refrigerator, and one burner, balcony off bedroom upstairs, and a large shower. There is a 19L water dispenser provided in room which has cold and hot water which was very convenient. They have a scooter you can hire for a small fee to get around easily. There are many dinner restaurant choices available in Amed and a few within walking distance of the Villa. Amed is a great location for snorkeling and diving adventures. A wonderful stay!

Villa de tránsito

Lo mejor de esta estancia fue sin duda Putu, el conductor del transporte privado, super amable y atento, nos hizo un tour muy completo y nos ayudó a sacar los tickets del barco. La villa estaba limpia y en cuanto a instalaciones calidad/precio estaba muy bien. En la zona había un par de tiendas de comida y un restaurante a 10 minutos andando, lo único a tener en cuenta es que todo es en cash, no admiten tarjeta, debes llegar con dinero en efectivo.

El personal no estaba en la recepción en ningún momento, no había manera de pedir información, todo se tramitaba por WhatsApp y esto hizo que fuese un poco desastre, al final no solo lo gestionabas a través de un teléfono de contacto, sino de cuatro, pasando la misma información de una conversación a otra...

Nos dieron dos habitaciones comunicadas en una villa. Son varias habitaciones que comparten cocina, terraza y piscina. Primera línea del mar, no hay playa ya que está lleno de piedras. Gente amable y servicial.

５泊お世話になりました。　レギャンからバイクでアクセスしたので移動は大変でしたが、それに見合う価値は十分にあり、とても居心地よく過ごすことができました。　目の前の海はシュノーケリングはできませんが釣りはできるので毎日朝晩の釣りが楽しかった！　アメッドの端に位置しているので外食するにはバイクなど移動手段が必須ですが、それも観光の一環として楽しめました。　また大物釣果を狙って帰ってきます！

Bydleli jsme ve vile uplne nahore, se dvema loznicemi. Prenadherny vyhled z vily na ocean. naprosty klid a soukromi. prilehla zahrada krasna. Ubytovani bylo prostorne. Z vily je snadny pristup dolu k oceanu, ale na miste se neda koupat. abyste sjeli na nejakou plaz, je potreba skutr/auto. ubytovani poskytuje zakladni hygienicke prostredky, vcetne pripravku proti komarum.

Nic zasadniho. Pouze s ohledem na to, ze vila je na vybezku je potreba pocitat s vetrem, ktery pri nasem pobytu byl opravdu velky, takze nam znemoznoval pobyt venku na zahrade.

Endroit de rêve

Endroit de rêve. Notre chambre était face à la mer. Magnifique jardin avec des villas espacées et un cachet different pour chacune d'entre elles. Les hôtes n'étaient pas là mais j'ai correspondu avec eux sans problème. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes très rapidement et efficacement. La Gili Pesona est un peu isolée mais tout se fait très facilement en scooter.

Très bon séjour

Nous avions le logement « villa standard 2 chambres » ce qui nous a permis d’être un peu à l’écart de la piscine contrairement à d’autre chambre ayant moins d’intimité avec l’espace public de l’hôtel. Coin piscine très sympa et belle vue au bord de la mer. Personnel très réactif !

La cuisine mériterais d’être d’avantage équipée : à prendre en compte si vous comptez cuisinez. La villa étant excentrée du centre peu de chauffeur (grab/gojek) nous prennent en charge, il faut donc s’adresser à l’équipe de l’hôtel directement. Il faut toujours un chauffeur car 5 min en voiture équivaut à 50 min de marche.

Modern en schoon

Het is een erg moderne kamer met een moderne badkamer. De kamers zijn schoon, zeker voor Indische begrippen. Je hebt een eigen keuken met een grote koelkast. Je kijkt zo naar de zee en ons kind had een apparte kamer welke geschakeld was met die van ons door de badkamer, heel fijn!

De locatie, met de scooter doe je er minimaal 40min over tot amed beach en ze zijn overal bezig aan de weg. Hierdoor is het, zeker in de avond, nog langer rijden, rond de 60min. Het ontbijt is niet bijzonder.

Emplacement de dingue. Sur une pointe face a la mer. Rien à redire ! Lever du soleil fantastique avec l’arrivée des pêcheurs et on peut voir les dauphins de la villa. Vraiment au top !

Все было отлично: ненавязчивый персонал, красивая территория, на кухне было все, что необходимо. Завтраки не слишком разнообразные, но вкусные и сытные

Пожалуй, недостатки связаны не столько с самой виллой, сколько с районом, где она находится: 1) WiFi работал стабильно и достаточно быстро, но в один из вечеров что-то случилось: не было ни WiFi, ни мобильной связи. Все наладилось в течение ночи, но если вы работаете удалённо, это может быть проблемой 2) О дороге тут уже писали: качество очень плохое, без байка там делать нечего 3) О еде, помимо завтрака, вам придётся позаботиться заранее: доставки от ресторанов работают плохо (мне не удалось ничего заказать ни разу, после 20:00 можно даже не пытаться), Grab и GoJek не работают 4) В продолжение последнего: вы не сможете заказать такси через приложение, местные водители бойкотируют агрегаторы. Поэтому, если хотите гарантированно уехать, нужно заказывать трансфер у местных. Естественно, ценник будет заметно выше. Торговаться можно, но получается так себе.

La villa en elle même avec la piscine et le calme. Le personnels au petit soins et très gentil.

Pas d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain pour les douches compliqué mais c’est vraiment pour dire quelque chose.

Бунгало с видом на океан

Останавливались на одну ночь в январе 2025 года. В бунгало с видом на океан. Бунгало в отличном состоянии. Вид потрясающий. Шум прибоя 24/7 На территории только 2 бунгало распологаются на берегу, первое сразу около берега на небольшом обрыве высотой 2 метра (внизу идет тропа к статуе Будды около воды), второе чуть дальше метров 8 от берега. Рекомендую выбирать одно этих двух бунгало с видом на море. Есть частная парковка.

Холодильник громко работает, без остановки. Ночью приходилось отключать, что не удобно, если есть скоропортящиеся продукты. Сложная и плохая дорога по серпантину.
