Nice and cosy, warm on entry, clean and comfy beds, ideal for what we needed and 11am is good for check out
More towels, shampoo, milk sachets...

Nice and well-equipped flat in a safe residential area with private parking on the drive. Convenient for 3 people with 2 bedrooms. Ideally located close to the river and town centre with frequent buses to Oxford and the country-side. The small garden is a nice place to sit for a chat and drink.
The ground floor of a semi-detached house is converted to a separate flat. You can hear people moving around upstairs, similar to some old hotels but not too disturbing.

Very close to the riverfront and parking on the front garden area. Everything thing you would need for your stay provided - washing and cleaning items.
Bathroom could do with a bit of attention. Everything works but showing its age.
