Lovely little lodge for 2 of us, just used to stay overnight while going to Abingdon for a celebration. Very cosy , had what we needed. Everything was clean and a fan provided which i was very happy about, didnt interact with staff other than email, very quiet place, there is a massive play park for kids across the road.
Only thing i had an issue with was the limescale in the kettle. I assume its an hardwater area which im not used too so for me personally that was offputting

Exceptionally clean and cozy room, quiet and atmospheric place, walkable from/to the train station. Beds were comfortable, tea and coffee provided. Fan helped us during hot weather. Very nice small area with garden chairs outside. Short journey to Oxford by train, good commute to London as well.

Liked most of what was on offer, easy location fridge, kettle, table and chairs..
The beds, very uncomfortable sheets with perfumed powder/ or softener, grey towels.
