The highlight of our 3 week journey through Italy.

I liked everything, Sabrina was absolutely wonderful; she picked us from the station and took us to the property which was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Sabrina had baked a lovely cake for our arrival.

Very comfortable apartment with good-value restaurants nearby, and a very kind host!

The host, Sabrina, was incredibly friendly and kind, picking up and dropping off my dad and I at the train station. She was always responsive to questions or messaging, and clearly makes a special effort to welcome her guests, even giving us an apple cake she baked when we arrived :) The apartment is very comfortable with all necessary amenities, and always had free parking available around the property. There were also a good number of restaurants and trattorias around, so we weren't stuck for options. I would definitely stay here again!

There are express trains which pass quite frequently near to the apartment, however they didn't disturb me, and were a source of mild awe more than a nuisance, as they sped by so fast.

Very spacious, comfy and good value place to stay.

Handy location with a supermarket 600m up the street. Close to the funicular (1.5km - 15 walk) and close to other towns of interest. Excellent kitchen, bathroom and a place on the 'balcony to dry washing'. Free parking just outside. Hosts could not do enough to help out, and very responsive. Really interesting store across the street run by a Chinese couple - everything from shampoo to electronics to claw hammers. A real Aladdins cave. Wish I had one back home.

There is the train line just a couple of apartment blocks over but the sound which lasted 5-10sec was muffled. Also no trains between 9pm and around 6.30am.

This is a whole living appartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge. Couldn't ask for more. Very clean.

Wonderful stay for a visit to Orvieto.

There was very quick communication, the apartment was immaculately cleaned, tea and coffee provided with breakfast snacks (so appreciated!), and Emanuele and Sabrina were the most gracious hosts. Each room had doors you could open for breeze and they all had screens, something I have never seen before in Italy and were very much appreciated. It was a straight 15 minute walk to the train and funicular station; the COOP grocery store is 5 minutes in the other direction. The bed and pillows are very typical of Italy, a little harder than Americans are used to but it didn’t affect my sleep at all. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and implements for cooking. There is a high chair and crib for those with babies. Loved it!!!

- clean, spacious - well equipped kitchen and bathroom - we had coffee pods, marmelade, milk, cornetto, etc. available in the kitchen, everything you would need for a breakfast or even lunch. Emanuele's wife even prepared apple cake for us! - good location, we never had issues with parking

Highly Recommend It

Everything was perfect. Lovely apartment. I feel nothing can be better than this - The hosts were very kind polite. I felt I was warmly welcomed (moved by the "welcome cake"), and I think they tried best to make me feel comfortable. :) I was really surprised that the rooms were absolutley spacious and clean. I also loved the terrace. :) In the kitchen, everything was there - including pasta, tomato sauce, garlic, spices and oil, dishwasher, coffee machine & capsule coffee, milk, big refrigerator, ... It was really convenient!! And all the things the host prepared were amazingly delicious. The bed and sofa were also comfortable. I did not feel any kind of inconvenience during my 4 nights stay. In fact, it was a very pleasant stay! :) I will definitely stay here again if I visit Orvieto. 👍☺️

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, geräumige, praktisch eingerichtete, warme und komfortable Wohnung mit vielen gut überlegten Details. Parken konnten wir gratis vor dem Haus, dann ging es zu Fuß zur Zahnradbahn ins schöne Orvieto. Und begrüßt wurden wir mit einem leckeren Apfelkuchen. Was will man mehr? Gerne wieder.

La zona vicina alla stazione, ricca di negozi e supermercati vicini. La casa spaziosa, riscaldata e dotata di tutto. I padroni di casa fantastici e sempre a disposizione per tutto. Ci torneremo volentieri :)

Casa relax

L'arredamento degli interni, il materasso comodo e aveva tutto il necessario per cucinare. Buona la posizione rispetto il centro storico, a pochi chilometri dalla casa. E poi per finire la gentilezza dei proprietari e la torta di mele appena fatta dalla signora che ci ha accolto con il suo profumo. Grazie ancora di tutto.

Un nido caldo e goloso...

L'appartamento è molto grande,nuovo,caldo e pulitissimo! Sabrina ci ha accolto molto calorosamente nonostante l'ora tarda e in piu ci ha fatto trovare una torta di mele deliziosa. Quando saremo di nuovo di passaggio ad Orvieto sicura ci torneremo.

Schnell und easy buchbar, gute Kommunikation auch wenn keine Englisch oder Italienisch kann. Gute Lage um alles schnell zu erreichen.

Una gita Fantastica di passaggio tra Orvieto e Civita di Bagnoregio

Accoglienza con gentilezza e disponibilità, oltre ad esserci quasi tutto l’indispensabile anche per farsi una cenetta e la colazione abbondante con latte caffè e con una deliziosa torta alle mele preparato dalla signora (Buonissima) oltre a biscotti marmellate e Nutella 🫢

Sistemazione perfetta ad Orvieto!

Siamo stati magnificamente in questo grande e fornitissimo appartamento. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia impeccabile e la tranquillità della zona pur essendo vicina al centro di Orvieto. Il proprietario è gentilissimo senza contare la piacevole sorpresa della colazione che abbiamo trovato in cucina sotto forma di brioches, fette biscottate, marmellate, ecc. Non avremmo potuto trovare di meglio! Grazie a presto!

Soggiorno perfetto a Casa Palmira ad Orvieto

Ambiente pulito, confortevole e ben attrezzato. L’accoglienza calorosa dei proprietari, Sabrina ed Emanuele, ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Molto apprezzati i loro consigli sui ristoranti e la deliziosa torta di mele fatta in casa trovata all’arrivo: una sorpresa graditissima!

Con mia moglie abbiamo trascorso una notte presso Casa Palmira, un delizioso appartamento in stile bed & breakfast ad Orvieto. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo rimasti colpiti dalla pulizia impeccabile e dall’attenzione ai dettagli: l’ambiente è accogliente, curato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Pur non avendone bisogno, abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza di una culla, di un seggiolone per la pappa e tutto il necessario per i bambini più piccoli, segno di quanto i proprietari abbiano pensato davvero a tutto. Un grazie speciale va a Sabrina ed Emanuele, i gentilissimi padroni di casa: ci hanno accolti con grande disponibilità e ci hanno fornito preziosi consigli sulle migliori trattorie della zona. Un gesto che ci ha davvero conquistati? La squisita torta di mele fatta in casa da Sabrina, che ci attendeva al nostro arrivo. Una coccola deliziosa e inaspettata! Non abbiamo dubbi: torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un soggiorno autentico e ricco di calore umano, magari per spezzare la monotonia di un lungo viaggio sulla vicinissima autostrada.

Es un apartamento amplio. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia, en mi caso, corta. Estabamos cerca de un supermercado.

No está cerca del centro, pero el funicular que llega al centro esta a 10 minutos a pie. No hay lavadora. Aunque para estancias cortas no es necesario.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Solo ad 1 km dalla stazione di Orvieto Scalo, appartamento spazioso e attrezzatissimo, pulizia perfetta. Cucina abitabile completa di tutto, anche di bevande e merendine per la colazione. Graditissima la torta di mele di benvenuto! Possibilità anche di mangiare sul terrazzo nella buona stagione. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentilissimi. Soggiorno davvero piacevole.

La vicinanza alla ferrovia disturba, ma è sufficiente chiudere le finestre per isolarsi.
