La posizione è stata un poco "sacrificata" perché la funicolare era in manutenzione, ma c'era il pullman sostitutivo o l'auto col parcheggio adiacente.

The property is very spacious and clean. It is right in front of the railway station. The property is exactly as described by the host. The hosts were very kind, they came personally to receive us and helped us in whatever way they could. I thank them for all the help.
If there's a better stove in the kitchen it would be very nice for those who stay for longer period. Since we stayed only two days, it was not a big problem. Other than this there's nothing to complain.

La posizione dell'appartamento è esattamente vicino la funicolare, pertanto è possibile lasciare l'auto per tutta la durata del soggiorno e riprenderla alla partenza. Ristoranti e bar a 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Posto auto disponibile. I proprietari disponibilissimi e struttura pulita.
La vicinanza alla strada purtroppo fa si che di notte ci sia rumore di auto e moto disturbando il sonno. Nonostante gli infissi c'è un pò di casino. Sarebbe opportuno usare tappi per le orecchie :)
