Beautful place conveniently located!

The town of Orvieto is beautiful and quiet compared to other places in Italy! The apartment is very nice, and very well-located for transportation into Orvieto and also for the funicular up into old Orvieto.

Quiet pleasant appartment in a neat location

Closeness to the old historical Orvietto centre by car, parking spot right next to the house entrance, large size of the appartment and very well equipped kitchen. The view on one side was towards the Orvietto hill and on the other towards the railway. The sound proofing of the house was great also, as the trains going past were not heard.

When reserving we did not notice, that one of the appartments had a single bed, so one set of people slept in the double bed and another on the couch in the living room. This is just a small warning to other people when doing the reservations, to select the appropriate appartment.

E' un appartamento abbastanza grande con zona giorno e due camere, una matrimoniale e l'altra con letti singoli situato ai piedi di Orvieto, che si può raggiungere o in auto a poca distanza oppure con una funicolare. L'auto può essere parcheggiata davanti all'entrata indipendente a piano rialzato. Una buona soluzione per visitare Orvieto.

consiglierei di aggiungere un forno a microonde in cucina e il bagno è un po' scomodo, ma per il resto tutto ok. Non c'è aria condizionata se il soggiorno è estivo.

Molto comodo per visitare Orvieto ad un buon prezzo, risparmiando anche sulla colazione.

Molto spaziosa, letti comodi, c’erano cialde del caffè e merendine per la colazione. Tutto pulito e ben tenuto. C’è un posto per la macchina, anche se un po’ stretto.

È proprio tra la strada e la ferrovia ma non si sentono rumori di notte. Non si può uscire a piedi ma molto vicino con la macchina ci sono ristoranti e negozi.

Wir haben das Brick House in Orvieto als Zwischenstopp zur Anreise nach Süditalien genommen. Die Ortschaft Orvieto ist jedoch wirklich ein interessanter Ort. Sehr nostalgisch. Leider waren wir nur zu einem kurzen Abendessen hier. Am nächsten Tag ging es gleich weiter. Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Casa molto carina e accogliente e soprattutto pulitissima. È la seconda volta che alloggiamo qui quando siamo in zona. Posizione strategica perché molto vicina ad Orvieto e all’autostrada per spostarsi. Host molto disponibile.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung. Von uns nur eine Nacht zur Durchreise genutzt. Restaurants und Bäcker zu Fuß zu erreichen. In die Altstadt fährt ein Bus vom Bahnhof. Die Seilbahn war bei uns defekt.

Das Bad ist etwas klein.

Ottima esperienza

Casa molto accogliente, un po' vintage l'arredamento, ma questo rende ancora meglio l'idea di trovarsi in una casa "di famiglia". Molto gradito il "kit di benvenuto" con caffè, merendine e acqua fresca. Nonostante la vicinanza di stazione ferroviaria e strada a scorrimento veloce, l'appartamento è ben insonorizzato e dotato di climatizzazione efficace.

Il bagno non molto comodo per la posizione degli igienici e per l'assenza della chiave. La strada posta all'ingresso è a scorrimento veloce ed il posto auto, benché comodissimo in quanto vicino all'appartamento richiede un po' di attenzione.

Top per visita di 1-2 giorni alla città

Posizione splendida per visitare la città a due passi dalla funicolare e dalla stazione treni. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort ed elettrodomestico. Parcheggio privato a 50 metri da casa.

Unico neo, ma poco rilevante, per chi ha il sonno leggero la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni di notte non aiuta.

La struttura è ottima per una permanenza breve, le stanze sono dotate di letti comodi, tutto era pulito.

La posizione vicino alla stazione fa sì che inevitabilmente si senta lo sferragliare dei treni

L’appartamento si trova vicino al scalo di Orvieto, che fa di per sé un punto ottimale per chi si vuole fermarci. Appartamento era molto carino e pulitissimo. Quando siamo entrati abbiamo trovato l’ambiente a temperatura perfetta, grazie ai condizionatori, pensando che fuori c’erano i quasi 38 gradi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile a farsi dare informazioni e consigli dove si poteva passare la serata e mangiare. Da ritornarci.
