Appartamento nr. 16 molto vicino alla stazione dei treni di Orvieto.
Comodo l'ingresso con codice per avere le chiavi.
Due stanze da letto, una matrimoniale e una singola, cucina con salotto e divano molto grande e un bagno con doccia.
Abbiamo trovato cuscini e coperte extra molto utili.
Ci hanno lasciato due bottigliette di acqua e qualche snack per la colazione.
Asciugamani in dotazione.
La cucina è ben fornita con lavastoviglie, forno, bollitore e macchinetta del caffè.. tutte cose che che noi però non abbiamo utilizzato.
Per raggiungerlo si passa su un marciapiede veramente ridotto male su una statale dove tutti corrono come dei matti quindi c'è da prestare attenzione specialmente la sera.
Appartamento un po' datato forse bisognerebbe sistemare le prese e gli interruttori della luce e svecchiare un po' l'arredamento.

Di per sé.. pulita ma molto vecchia negli arredi e nei materiali ed il bagno poco fruibile.
Il rumore continuo: da una parte la ferrovia con l’alta velocità e dall’altra una strada molto trafficata!
