The place is located close to the station, the owner is really helping, it is big and bright. Me and my friend had 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room for us. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast included jams and snacks, also a little juice. To get to Duomo and the center there is a fast walk to the funicular and about 10 min ride up. Would recommend this place!

Excellent 👍 Host waited for us till late in the night. He is very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very nicely stocked. Lovely views. Close access to the train to go up in the center. Car park is very safe inside the lock gates I would definitely stay there again..

It was a nice suite but no bus or taxis. It was up a steep hill plus 31 stairs to the suite.

There was juice, sparkling water, milk, coffee and tea. There was cornflakes, Nutella and jams. The owner picked some delicious grapes from his garden for us. They were delicious!

The variety of hard toast and buns. It would have been nice to have a toaster with bread and butter. A few fruit would have been nice as well.

Nice location very close the train station. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen. It’s clean. The owner is very patient and helpful.

A really very good stay.

We used an apartment and were very pleased. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything you needed, including for food preparation (although we chose to dine outside, trying local specialties). The hotel has its own secure parking, which for us was very important. The location is very good, just a few minutes' walk from the funicular to the old town.

We don't have any remarks. Only climbing the heavy suitcases down the steep staircase to the second floor caused us a slight discomfort, but this was not a problem and could be counted as an additional type of workout. :)

The host was very nice and friendly. The apartment was very clean. The views from the windows were beautiful.

The host wa wasn't able to speak English. The breakfast was just a few cookies, definitely can improve. The water temperature of the shower wasn't stable. Also, the checkout time was too early and there was no lift.

Exceptional

Cosy apartment with everything you need to stay for a few days. The location is great, it only take 15-20 min to walk to the top or to take the cable car. The host was very friendly and gave us some good recommendations. The view from the bed- and bathroom windows was also nice!

A very kind host, provided us with some tourist information. The appartement was clean. The location was very good and quit at night. There was a ventilator which we really needed because of the heat in thé appartement.

There were lots of mosquitos in the appartement. There really wasn't any breakfast provided, only some biscuits in plastic. It's not correct to say breakfast is included. We had to cook water for some thee on the fire which wasn't really comfortable.

Vincenzo è stato molto accogliente e fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento era pulito, caldo, accogliente. Ci ha consigliato anche un ottimo posto in cui cenare e c'è anche il posto auto!

Pulizia pessima. Accoglienza ambigua in termini di istruzioni ed indicazioni. Colazione garantita da prenotazione non sovvenuta nonostante richiesta in un secondo momento anche al titolare stesso.

posto strategico dove soggiornare

Enzo è una brava persona e molto disponibile. Stavamo solo noi nella casa e lui è stato molto gentile nel spiegarci tutto. Ci ha consegnato una cartina di Orvieto e in casa troverete tutti gli orari con i prezzi dei vari siti da visitare, casa pulita asciugamani e kit doccia disponibile. Parcheggio interno e vicinanza con la Funivia a 3 minuti da casa , una posizione molto strategica.

Unica nota leggermente negativa ma secondo me facilmente risolvibile è che , anche se non è prevista la colazione e non essendoci alimentari o bar nelle immediate vicinanze , ed avendo a disposizione una cucina con tanto di utenzìli e macchinetta del caffè, lascerei un barattolo di caffe per un caffè mattutino e qualche bustina di te. Non vuol essere una critica ma solo un consiglio.

O apartamento tem boas dimensões. Limpo. Cama razoável. O lugar é agradável e bem próximo da estação de trem, do funicular e da trilha pra Orvieto, caso você tenha disposição para subir a pé.

O Wi-Fi não funcionava (apesar de o anúncio do Booking informar que havia) e o proprietário sabia disso porque nos informou logo na chegada. Se estava com problemas, o correto era ter nos avisado previamente. Sugerimos trocar ou ajustar o aquecedor de água, pois era impossível regular a temperatura - ou muito quente ou muito fria. Não nos fez muita falta pois era verão, mas imagino que no inverno fará. A cozinha tem somente o básico. O que mais fez falta foi o ralador de queijo e abridor de vinho.

Accoglienza zero: richiesta di soldi extra e poi sparisce. Assolutamente da evitare!

Comportamento inaccettabile. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Siamo partiti da Torino per raggiungere Orvieto, ma lungo il tragitto siamo rimasti bloccati a causa di due incidenti, che hanno causato ritardi importanti. Appena ce ne siamo accorti, abbiamo contattato la struttura per avvisare del nostro arrivo posticipato, previsto intorno a mezzanotte. Il proprietario, invece di mostrare comprensione per un imprevisto oggettivo, ha reagito con fastidio e ha preteso un supplemento economico per il ritardo, giustificandosi con un generico “lo fanno tutti”. Abbiamo rifiutato questa richiesta assurda, ribadendo che si trattava di un’emergenza non dipendente da noi. Alla nostra domanda diretta (“Se è un problema, può annullare”), lui ci ha assicurato che ci avrebbe accolti senza problemi. La realtà è stata ben diversa: siamo arrivati alle 23:59 e abbiamo trovato la struttura chiusa, completamente deserta. Il proprietario ha addirittura spento il telefono per non farsi più trovare. Un atteggiamento vergognoso, scorretto e totalmente irrispettoso verso degli ospiti che avevano semplicemente avuto un imprevisto. Evitate questa struttura se cercate serietà, rispetto e professionalità.

Buona sistemazione vicino alla città vecchia e per visitare i dintorni. Host cordiale e disponibile.

Vincenzo è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio per l'auto all'interno del cortile chiuso da cancello. Appartamento pulito e in ordine. Stanze comode, con letti comodi e arredamento quasi nuovo. Consigliato per visitare Orvieto (attenzione agli orari della funicolare che dista solo poche centiania di metri, altrimenti occorre usare l'ascensore ma serve auto per raggiugerlo.), e soprattutto per visitare i dintorni in auto. Stazione ferroviaria vicina.

Снимали апартаменты с 1 спальней. Апартаменты достаточно скромные, но у них есть огромные преимущества. Апартаменты очень удобно расположены-недалеко фуникулер в старый город. Частная парковка. Небольшая кухня, оборудованная необходимой посудой. Большой холодильник, Wi-Fi. Из-за проблем с трафиком мы опаздывали ко времени, которое указали при заказе. Но с хозяином были постоянно на связи, он нас дождался, помог припарковаться, объяснил необходимые вещи. Да, он не говорит по-английски. Но мы прекрасно общались через транслейтер. Железнодорожная станция тоже недалеко.

Купить электрический чайник. Каждый раз кипятить воду для чая на газовой конфорке не очень удобно
