Letti comodi, spaziosa, ottima per famiglia di 4 persone. L'host è stato gentile e disponibile. La mattina ci ha fatto trovare i cornetti; in frigo già c'era un po' d'acqua, dei succhi di frutta e un paio di capsule per il caffè. Tutto sommato buona esperienza. In auto si raggiunge il centro storico di Orvieto in 7/10 min

Posizione e parcheggio interno. Pulizia impeccabile. Paste fresche a colazione.
Aumenterei la varietà di prodotti per la colazione (p.es. thè e latte, fette biscottate) per andare incontro alle possibili esigenze dei diversi ospiti.

Un bell appartamentino datato ma pulito e accogliente e molto ben organizzato. Molto apprezzate le zanzariere e la colazione fresca. L host è molto simpatico e vi intratterà con consigli e aneddoti.

Proximity to train station was the main redeeming feature. The rental unit itself was very basic and certainly not fancy but it was clean
