The location is more than perfect, at Orvieto center, easy to walk w heavy luggage from Orvieto station (& Funicolare) , super close to all attractions like Saint Patrick’s well, Duomo di Orvieto, bar & cafe, gelatos, restaurants, yet remains very quiet & contained. Alessia is the amazing beautiful host, super warm, welcoming, responsive, giving space and respectful. The apartment itself is very cozy, comfortable, clean, sheltered, beautifully decorated in cream white, with all essentials and delicate details, cool AC, nice kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, spacious and clean bathroom w great shower. The bedroom is pretty cozy and quiet and with blackout curtains, I had good rest every night after exploring, and came home to take shower or a nap anytime. Love Orvieto, Alessia, and Casa vacanze La Scala d'Oro, wish to come back, 200% recommend!

The property was lovely! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is excellent for walking to nearby sights, cafes, and restaurants.

This a beautiful apartment in Orvieto, it is fully equipped and so comfortable. Very close to all of the main attractions but still in a very peaceful area of the town. Alessia is a fantastic host and is available for any questions.
