The best accomodation you will ever find, anywhere. Cannot reccomend it more strongly!

Agnese is absolutely fabulous and staying with her on your trip to Orvieto is an absolute must. I cannot say enough about how kind, helpful, and generous she was - I discovered upon arrival that the bus I had planned to take the following day to Bagnoregio was not running, and Agnese volunteered and drove me there herself, insisting that the taxi would be too expensive. Agnese made me feel like family, which was so lovely while on a solo trip. The apartment was delightful - perfect size, perfectly clean, in a perfect and convienient location, and absolutely worth the money. I am so grateful to have stayed in Agnese's apartment - it made my trip to Orvieto comfortable and was exactly what I had hoped for!

The unit is close to everything and Agnese is great host and her son too. Made me feel welcome

Agnese was the best host. Her communication was very good as I was anxious because of the train strikes and was running very late, having to catch buses. The last shuttle wasn’t running so she picked me up. The room is spotless, spacious and has everything you need.

Agnese is the nicest host and gave us lots of information about the town of Orvieto and local recommendations. She was born and raised in Orvieto she is passionate about its rich medieval history. Her apartment is in a 400+ year old historical building but inside is new and equipped with many facilities. It was a very comfortable stay for us in Orvieto and I highly recommend staying at La Casa di Agnese.

Beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world

Agnese was very friendly and happy to help us find our way around. The place was clean and beautiful, close to shops and public spaces but far away enough that sound and things weren't an issue.

The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs, which after a day of walking around could be challenging, but wasn't an issue overall.

Agnese is a lovely person! We had to arrive earlier than expected and it was not an issue at all, she waited for us at the placed discussed before. She even offered her help so that we can reach our restaurant. The appartment is very cosy, perfect for a few nights stay. Clean and very quiet. We will definitely book this place if we return back to Orvieto (I hope so). Grazie mille per tutto!

Can't say enough about our stay! The place is small, but has everything you need. The location was great too. Our host was lovely, gave us restaurant suggestions, and held our bags while we did more sightseeing on our check out day. And her dog was adorable too. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, hostess and property.

Hostess was extra helpful and led us directly to location. Orvieto is a complicated street setup so having help was essential and Agnese was there to meet us and take us to her wonderful house. The house was beyond clean and well equipped for any length of stay.

Don't look further

Mattress was comfortable, 2 ACs, kettle, small fridge and small freezer, gas stove, oven, a table and two chairs, cooking utensils pots and pans, towels provided. Fully equipped little flat in the centre of orvieto and close to the main shops and restaurants. Agnese was lovely, explained everything about the flat, gave us all the info on what to go see, prices and timetables and gave us plenty of booklets and info on the attractions and history of orvieto. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and offered extra help when we needed. Best place we stayed in in all of our 2 weeks holidays. And amazing price

La signora Agnese di estrema gentilezza e accoglienza! Ci ha aspettato al parcheggio nonostante piovesse e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli! Ci ha spiegato benissimo cosa poter vedere ad Orvieto, ed ha avuto una speciale attenzione per il mio cane! La casa carinissima, piccola ma davvero curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e super organizzata! Posizione fenomenale super vicina al centro! Peccato che era una sosta lungo un viaggio, e che abbiamo trovato davvero un tempaccio.. ma se avrò possibilità di tornare sicuramente vorrei rialloggiare alla casa di Agnese!

La signora Agnese e suo figlio sono stati molto gentili e premurosi. Ci hanno accolti venendoci incontro e ci hanno consigliato in modo impeccabile su tutto ciò che c’era da fare e dove mangiare bene (e bere bene) a Orvieto. La casa è accogliente come i suoi proprietari, pulita e comoda per girare la cittadina a piedi.
