This was a lovely apartment and a great stay, thank you!
The apartment was clean and very neat, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is lovely, the beds were made as we requested, the host was responsive and met us immediately upon arrival, and the locations is quiet and very convenient.
The only thing I would have changed were that the entrance was a bit confusing the first time because the door is somewhat hidden.

Piccolo studio flat soppalcato, messo all'interno di un androne in un bel palazzo storico con un bellissimo cortile terrazzato che domina tetti e vallata sottostante, posto agli inizi del quartiere medievale (parte per me più suggestiva e bella di Orvieto), silenzioso, pulito, e nonostante ha fatto molto freddo e ha piovuto, l'appartamento era molto caldo e con arredamento moderno. Lo studio affaccia su un piccolo e grazioso giardino privato di un altro appartamento, ma se tengono come è successo le luci accese nel cortile di notte, l'appartamento non rimane buio perché le tende non sono estremamente coprenti. Al check in ci è venuta a dare le chiavi la signora Emma, molto cordiale. A cinque minuti di camminata c'è una panetteria, macelleria e un alimentari, molto comodi, e con qualche minuto in più siete alla pizza principale.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia e quindi docce con pochissima acqua tiepida e poi ghiacciata, fortunatamente avevamo solo due notti in struttura! Consiglio anche di sostituire l'unica padella in cucina perché ormai ha l'interno completamente rovinato.

L'appartamento è arieggiato e fresco. Molto apprezzati caffè, olio,sale e sapone ( anche in bagno). Il punto di forza è la posizione: vicina al centro e in posizione tranquilla. Lo spazio è arredato a nuovo e con gusto , ben distribuito. C'è la scelta dei cuscini : morbidi e rigidi . Plus : la doppia chiave.
Nonostante le zanzariere abbiamo trovato un pò di zanzare .

Casa molto carina, con cucina attrezzata, e due letti matrimoniali, su due piani diversi.

Carino e posizione perfetta
Ottima posizione, appartamento molto carino, pulito e dotato di tutto. Stare senza tv per qualche giorno è stato salutare. Per cucinare ci sono tutti gli utensili.
Sono abituata al classico lenzuolo sotto il piumone e la stufetta in bagno ma siamo stati caldi comunque.

Tutto il necessario bagno grande privaci con letti sopra e sotto la cucina il salottino le tende oscuranti ubicata in un grande giardino con belvedere ottimo consigliato
