Lovely apartment, extremely responsive host

The hostess was exceptional! When the whole city had a wifi problem briefly and the modem/router needed to be re-set, she came over immediately and resolved the issue. The apartment was very clean, welcoming, a fabulous stone wall and decorated well. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom has a very modern shower. The location is very central, but in a courtyard that makes the apartment very quiet. It is the perfect place to both base a visit in Orvieto and to travel around Umbria.

We started our trip to Italy in a hotel in Rome🤢 after bearing it for one night I decided to look up hotels in Orvieto and this one looked and fitted the price. I have previously been to Orvieto hence why we came out the city. What an excellent room. Clean, comfy, modern and quiet. Do not hesitate to book.

Located in a quiet courtyard off a main quiet street in the centre of Orvieto. Easy to find and Donatella greeted us There's a good Pam supermarket next door. We ate in which was nice for a change. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you prefer. Would definitely stay again

This compact apartment in a tastefully modernised stables (with some original features) is perfectly located for visiting Orvieto on foot. The hostess was very helpful in guiding us to the cheap parking (€1 per day). Comfortable bed and everything spotlessly clean.

Il monolocale è accogliente, silenzioso e ben riscaldato. Gli spazi sono ben distribuiti. Letto e cuscini comodi. La posizione è ottima per visitare la città. Utilissima la presenza del supermercato a qualche metro di distanza. L' angolo cottura è adeguatamente fornito per preparare e riscaldare gli alimenti.

Bella ma per soggiorni brevi

Posizione ottima, stanza accogliente calda e di buon gusto . La signora che ci ha ospitato molto gentile. La casa era bene riscaldata e con i confort necessari.

La location penso che era una cantina o garage che successivamente è stata trasformata in una casa per ospitare. Nessun problema ma essendo direttamente su strada abbiamo sentito a tratti puzza di fogna forse perché pioveva. Ma per un soggiorno mordi e fuggi non è male.

Alloggio comodo e funzionale in pieno centro storico

Proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha guidato alla struttura e accolto quando siamo arrivati (ad un orario diverso da quello preventivato). Struttura nel centro della città, tutto è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi (Cattedrale, piazza, via dello shopping, locali e ristorantini. Stanza funzionale, gli spazi sono ben utilizzati. Consigliato!
