Soggiorno in coppia. La posizione è davvero perfetta, a due passi da tutto, Duomo incluso. L’appartamento è curato con gusto, accogliente e disposto su due livelli, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Molto silenzioso e con un letto davvero comodo.Tv in sala e in camera da letto. Il proprietario è stato gentile, premuroso e molto disponibile, senza mai risultare invadente: un equilibrio davvero apprezzato. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, aperitivi e cioccolatini di benvenuto: una chicca inaspettata e molto gradita. Presenti anche caffettiera con capsule e tisane. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo! Se dovessimo tornare a Orvieto, non avremmo dubbi, sceglieremmo di nuovo questa struttura. Consigliatissimo!

La pulizia rigorosissima, la fornitura completa della cucina e del bagno. Il riscaldamento, ottimo perché in inverno è importante. La disponibilità del proprietario. La centralità: a due passi dal Duomo.
