Great big studio apartment

Beautiful studio apartment, all brand new you can't have any better. We luckyly got an early checkin which was great and the staff was very nice. The tram is 5 minutes walk away and bring you in 5 minutes at La Joliette and its shopping center and Metro. Will certainly be back.

Not applied to us but the chekin time is a bit late, be aware of it.

Out of control of the hotel but construction work has started literally next door. This was noisy but only during normal working hours. Unfortunately once this construction is finished, the hotel will probably lose the view to the port/sea

Great hotel well suited for business visits to companies in the port area such as CMA CGM

No problems or issues sighted. Maybe the only downside was that the breakfast area was not very big and can fill up / feel crammed during peak hours

Deeply Disappointing Experience Please Read Before Booking

I arrived late at night, exhausted and just hoping for a smooth check-in. Instead, I was met by Omar, the receptionist, who immediately demanded a €300 deposit something that was never mentioned in my Booking.com confirmation. When I politely asked where this was stated, he raised his voice and snapped: “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” I asked for a manager — he said “there’s none here.” No welcome. No explanation of where anything was. I had to ask about the breakfast, gym, and pool his cold response: “First floor.” It was clear he didn’t care. The stay only got worse. The towels smelled like they had already been used, the pool looked dirty and nothing like the pictures, and the breakfast made me sick I ended up with food poisoning from a croissant. What hurts most is how I was treated. As a solo traveler, I just wanted kindness and safety. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and physically unwell. Omar’s behavior was completely unacceptable, and the hotel conditions were equally bad. Do not stay here. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially after paying such a high price.

Lovely place, very well located.

I loved my stay. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, with friendly and welcoming staff. The lobby area is beautiful, and the room facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. The outdoor seating area of the restaurant is lovely, especially for enjoying a meal in nice weather. I also appreciated the cold-press juicer in the restaurant, which provided deliciously fresh orange juice.

The leisure area becomes flooded when the swimming pool is busy, making it impossible to access without getting one’s feet wet. The swimming pool is a bit small for the sizer of the hotel. The breakfast selection was limited and, for example, did not include fried eggs, and the scrambled egg wasn't great!

I wholeheartedly recommend this place, whether you're traveling for business or with family.

The hotel was pleasant, clean, and thoughtfully designed—from the welcoming lobby to the truly comfortable rooms. After long walks around Marseille, it was a cosy, peaceful, and safe place to return to, making our stay even more enjoyable. I want to especially thank Tata at the front desk. She was polite, warm, and incredibly helpful from the start, and even after our checkout, she assisted us with an issue promptly and with genuine care. Her dedication truly stands out and reflects the excellent service of the whole team. When we come back to Marseille, this will definitely be our first choice—we won’t look anywhere else. I would gladly give this hotel a full 10/10 rating in a such category and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Nice hotel. Dissapointed due to change of the room to another one.

Location is good for traveling from and to the main train station. Design of the rooms is great. Overall condition is good, everything is nice and clean. Liked the breakfast at the neighboring restaurant.

Booked specifically Panoramic studio (otherwise I would choose another hotel) for the view and paid correspondingly high price for it. Was downgraded to usual studio, which was significantly small (which was really hurtful itself because I decided to stay at this hotel only because of the panoramic studio, it's size and views out of it) without any compensation. Even replacement room was not completely ready at 17.00, which is quite late as per usual check-in times, (cleaning lady knocked at the door to check everything and to refill the supplies even later, when we already installed and wanted to fell asleep after a long trip). Noisy refrigerator was waking us up several times during the night.

This is not my first time here, I choose here because it's closer to work, but I'll stop staying here from now on. Every time we stayed there, every couple of days the door keys had problems, have to go to reception and fix it. Receptionist gave us all kinds of strange answers and cannot explain why. Very bothering. The quality of every stays differs, in the past some times we did not have pillows, some times the door nob did not work, once the room was not even cleaned, this time we found a dead cockroach in the fridge, unfortunately in our last morning. First stay was a good surprise, beyond our expectation. Ever since the experiences become intolerable, enough is enough, will not stay here any more. And really hoping they can improve.

Room is good, fairly new construction and location is also very good.

There was a serious problem with the air conditioning. It was quite hot in the night and we couldn’t sleep properly. When we contacted the reception he was unable to provide any help. In fact all he did was show us a YouTube video on how to operate the AC (which we had already done) without himself checking what the problem was. He also had quite a lot of attitude too and not very polite. He seemed to act over smart and not help. There was another lady with the same problem who came the time we were talking with him and he didn’t help her too. He is the guy who is at the reception in the night. He also refused to provide us a coffee refill which I think was just ridiculous. I have visited more than 30 countries and several hotels but no one does that.

Even better in real

The decoration is on point! The room and the entire hotel is clean and neat. The bed is so comfy and the pillow fluffy, you sleep in a cloud. If you close the window you cannot hear anything from outside. And in case you are hot during summer the room got A/C. For the rest the kitchen is well equiped too, and the towels are very clean too.

I never seen anything alike. The hotel is like a piece of art. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and even mini kitchen area. The location is great. Tram is literally across the road. But if you want walk up to town centre it takes like 15-20mins and you will pass loads of takeways and couple shops. Great place to stay👌

When I came to check in few minutes pass 15.00h I still had to wait for my room up to 30-40min. Receptionist said it wasn't ready. A lot of people were waiting for their rooms too.

Good location and great cost-benefit

The room was big enough, and with an amazing view. Good bathroom. The breakfast was honest. The entire hotel seems to be new or renovated - gym and pool areas were nice, unfortunately, we hadn't time to enjoy.

There is not enough light in the bathroom, as well as where the other mirror is located, mainly if you want to put some make-up on. Room cleaning service arrived after 5pm, when we were back to rest before having dinner. It was not a huge problem for us, as we just spent 2 nights. The pillows are not comfortable.

Very nice staying but deposit was surprise

Hotel is made in very nice design, breakfast was great, we had cool view of port, but check in was crazy long, we waited more like 30 minutes, and every guest takes around 7-10 minutes just to check in, and I did not appreciate that we had to deposit some money on card in case we would not clean or damage something i really do not remember, that is not standard in hotels.

Good location for public transport 15min bus ride to old port

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely new decor and comfortable bed. The hotel is within close walking distance of bus and metro and tram 15mins on bus to Old port.

There is a restaurant next door to the hotel buy none in hotel and no hotel bar. For some reason we were only given limited toilet rolls. A map of area and some information of local amenities would be helpful

1)Paying a huge some of Deposit Fee. It’s not clearly or visibly stated when stated- so it was more like taking all my trip money and hold it as deposit. 2)Informed the receptionist that we didn’t have lids/covers for our cooking pots in our room but they never gave us the lids.

It's a very aseptic place

This Hotel is really brand new, the aesthetics of the building is impressive, very modern and beautifully decorated inside the hall. The beds are very comfortable, and the warmer for towels inside the bathroom is a plus. The quality of bed linen is excellent as well as cleaning service

I disliked a lot the way they treat the guests I felt treated only as money machine since the very first date of my arrival they asked me (without even ask me for my documents and my identity) a deposit of 300 Euros to pay immediately. I NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS IN ANY HOTEL plus I booked for mistake a night extra and when I propose them to offer me at least the breakfast, They didn't want to accept also in the lobby a simple coffee by machine costs 1,50 and in the fridge not even a bottle of water of welcome ! With the high price that each guest pays, these should be the minimal courtesy. For being a high level ApartHotel in the Spa the boy wich duty was cleaning the floor and changing the towels wasn't able to speak any english ! I was shocked when I heard a tourist ask him water to add on stones for Sauna, but he couldn't understand her simple request. The young team at the Reception is very kind and to all of them go my utmost gratitude for every effort they did to suggest me places to visit and clever solutions of how to get to places in the best way possible. Special Thanks to Rania, Nura, Sujata and Arthur, Wish all of them a Brilliant career and I recommend to the rest of the Stuff to propose excursions and organising shuttles from the Hotel towards the nicest villages of Provence nearby. Not every guest is coming with car so is important to offer these kinds of services . This was my experience.

Modern Marseille Magnificent

The staff were excellent and friendly. The room was tidy and spacious.

The hotel seems to have opened before it is fully ready. This is understandable as they wished to cash in on the Rugby World Cup but they did struggle with computer issues, check in process, readiness of rooms and incomplete room supplies including major issues like bedding!

Lors de notre séjour, un point nous a déçus lors du petit-déjeuner. Bien que notre séjour ait été entièrement réglé, la serveuse nous a demandé de retourner à la réception afin de récupérer un bon pour accéder au petit-déjeuner. Cette situation révèle un manque de communication entre la réception et le service du petit-déjeuner. Il ne me semble pas normal que ce soit aux clients de pallier ce défaut de coordination, d’autant plus après s’être déjà présentés au petit-déjeuner.
