The location is perfect. The views are wonderful and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is acceptable and a great stay. Our third time in Marseille and we would definitely stay there again.
More breakfast choices like pain au chocolate 😊.

This was the perfect location for a weekend stay to enjoy Noel Marseille! It was so easy to access from the train station. The staff was kind and accessible. The room was generous with a lovely balcony. We left the balcony doors open most of the time as the weather was lovely and we enjoyed the music from below. The room was very quiet -if we closed the doors it shut out all of the street noise.
The entrance is a bit hidden, but it was fine once you knew where it was.

Location was good, but not what I expected on the Port itself. The big TV was very good. Although there was no Netflix.
The reception and entrance area is pretty scruffy and rundown. Reception guy was nice but he just seems too informal not much of a welcome no smart uniform nothing. Breakfast room is a grim almost painted Black a windowless room. There was no safe in the room the towels were small. The light under the TV was annoying and the heat controls were im possible figure out., I couldn’t do it. I tried to call Reception but it was voicemail. There was no water in the room to drink and no fridge as far as I could see. Maybe I miss it.
