Not bad, but overpriced.

A good location and a fairly decent breakfast.

The hotel is quite old, and the rooms are very outdated — there’s dirt on the walls in places, mold in the bathroom, and dirty curtains. This is very far from a 4-star standard and does not match the price charged for this hotel.

Perfect hotel and perfect stay

It's in a very central location and easy to get to. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large. We had a great time with our little girl.

The hotel should have the emergency needs of the customer like the telephone charger especially if you’re coming from a country who has a different plug and if the customer luggage’s got lost or delayed.. thank you

Highly recommend NH hotel Marseille

Great location, wonderful friendly staff, especially Nolan, but all the girls are super joyful and friendly as well! Love the people! breakfast is full of good options. More sweet treat than a dessert table, I love it!

Small details, it’s clean but the table has cup stains. Toilet is nice but bin lid is broken, sofa is good and comfortable but also has stain. It’s like the city Marseille, pretty but full of graffiti

It is a comfortable hotel, a not very long walk from the Old Port. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is very outdated in its decoration. We had a lovely corner room but the French windows were filthy. They did mostly clean them when we asked.

Our room was exceptionally spacious, making it perfect for families with a child. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also well-located, with many attractions within walking distance.

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, walking distance to most places. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Drains were clogged and cupboard door was damaged. But both issues were rectified very quickly
