We had a nice overnight stay, everything was in place, very central and the room was spaceous. The cleanliness 8/10

Nothing exceptional, but a good value. Great staff. Good clean room. Short walk to the harbor. I did not like their policy of limiting the air-conditioning temperature. My room was hot the first night to me. I got a fan for the second night and that helped a lot.

Travellers beware- this is not a hotel. I would describe this as a hostel. I checked in on the 2nd floor - the room was dark and not as advertised. I prepayed for 4 nights ( huge mistake). I stayed for 5 mins and was told that it was non refundable, not 1 night, but the entire 4 nights. I would imagine that a reputable hotel would be flexible in providing refunds if the customer is not satisfied with the conditions of the premises. For context - the property /floor I was on just isn’t up to par, further, I turned on the AC and was met with a weird sound. Someone prior to me checking in was met with the same issue(s). I can understand a no refund of at least 1 night but all 4? Please do better and ensure that you are not misrepresenting what this place really is.

It’s clear that the hotel is old and it just got a fresh layer of paint in the walls. The air conditioning doesn’t work well, it’s always kinda warm in the room. The staff is uninterested.
We arrived and the shower support was broken, the girl in the reception tried to convince me it was like that, at least they sent someone on the next day to fix it, no apologies or any acknowledgement.
Our key stopped working 2 times.
Housekeeping came and left only 1 shower towel for a couple.
It was just a sequence of little things that put us off, but mainly, the staff being so unfriendly made our experience just worse. I understand that things break or situations happen, but we are paying costumers, we should be treated better.
I would definitely not stay in this hotel again and not recommend.
