The building and the rooms look nicer in the webiste picture than in reality. A bad smell was coming from the toilet. Overall acceptable, but not a very good quality/price ratio

For this price this hotel is great. Fantastic location near the old port. The room was tiny but it had bedside tables, a few charter ports and a wardrobe. It was very clean and quiet. Would def recommend for a no frills but comfy and cheap stay.

Wasn’t a fan of the area. The bed was like a cot. No bars in the immediate area. Room was warm. They wouldn’t let me check in an hour early. I felt like the guy had an attitude when I asked if we could check in early. They when we finally did check in , the lady didn’t speak English.

The hotel and room were very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard but if you travel alot you understand the convenience of breakfast in the hotel even if it isn’t spectacular. The hotel is located on a street that seems quite deserted after 7pm BUT if you walk just three blocks you will find plenty of restaurants and stores along the port.

Walking distance to everything you need and more. I had so much fun here and wish I could live here. I enjoy walking- so walking to all near by attractions only felt like under 40 ish minutes of walking. Either way, I would stay here again.

The window in my room looked out onto a stoop that looked like someone slept there or ate food. The showerhead was broken. You to hold it in your hand. And it leaked all over the place.

The hotel and staff are great, however it is very small and not in the best area - partly my fault for not choosing a quieter place. No coffee and the hairdryer shut off after 3 mins (is that a Europe thing?). It was ok for 2 nights but for longer stays, I would find something more spacious with amenities. The front desk clerks were amazing!

This was a fine hotel with a widespread French hotel chain. The location was about ten minute from both the train/bus station and the Old Port, so it was great for both day trips and seeing Marseille. There are tons of cafes and Turkish fast food joints right by it.

Booked two rooms for my family, a double and a twin. Didn't get the twin so my large teenage boys had to share a small double bed. The rooms were expensive so this was disappointing. Generally tired rooms, and tiny, the air conditioning in both rooms was almost worthless. Both of my children were eaten alive by something in the night, literally dozens of large painful bites. Nothing in the other room. Bathrooms poor and extremely cramped. I won't be rushing back.

Lovely hotel, about a 5 min walk to the old port. It took an age to find the hotel after a taxi driver said it was 700 metres from train station - it is not, as there are two Ibis hotel. Overall nice hotel

A good budget hotel, conveniently located near the old port of Marseille. The room was small but if like us you are only looking for a base from which to explore the area, then this hotel should suit you just fine. The WiFi was excellent and the black out blinds are air con were very much appreciated as it was almost thirty degrees while we were there.
