Good mid level

Great location, proper center, there is even e-bike/scooter parking in front of the hotel. Nice and spacious room, bright, also can "play" with lighting if you like it to be bit darker. Staff was very friendly, shared kitchen big and quite equipped. There is oven which is great if you want to eat cheap (marseille food scene is quite expensive)

Well, 1st i haven't noticed, as was excited to meet my other half at train station, but when we came back together she noticed that shower soap was just 1/3 full. Obviously I would ask at the reception for more, but we came on Friday evening and left Monday morning- reception is closed in the weekend. There was cleaning staff around the building, but we were leaving early or sleeping late, so could not ask. Last shower i taken had to use just water 😅 Also shower is so small! We both skinny people, and had problems to fit there, it's odd as there is definitely space for bigger base and curtains. Water nice and warm tho. Building is a massive maze, which we liked in moments (nice to get lost there) and disliked in other occasions. Pillows, sheets, towels bit dated? Or maybe they use not too strong washing products? Anyway, i would recommend it for the price.

Great comfortable stay in fantastic central location

Massive room with great little kitchen area. Lots of facilities on property available to use like larger kitchen, communal areas, laundry. Fantastic location central to everything, close to shops and restaurants

Laundry was difficult to use and dryer didn’t dry our clothes at all. We couldnt speak french so we couldnt really ask for help so thats on us! Still did the job

A comfortable stay near the Vieux-Port and the Panier!

I liked that the building is secure and conveniently located within walking distance of the Vieux-Port and the Panier.

I didn't like the fact that the room was a bit small for its value.

Interesting, but not Recommended

The room was in a good size, well ventilated, plenty of storage space (including under the bed), and private. The place was close to market, stores, and restaurants so it was conveniently located. The area was very close to the Panier, which made it more interesting.

There were not enough supplies and no paper towels or anything similar. The stove top wasn't working and the microwave had a glitch. The area is desert after certain hours and the entrance was not next to other housing so it was unsafe.

Good staff but poor accommodation

Location was great and they took our luggage early so we could explore. Price was reasonable

The room is a dorm room size with a tiny kitchen. 1 glass and minimal silverware 1 coffee cup no wine opener. The shower is so tiny you can’t help but get water all over floor. Room was hot, no fan or air. One night stay is ok but not longer.

Misleading photos and questionable billing practises left a bad impression.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be clean, convenient, and safe, which are definitely positives. The location was ideal, and the facilities were well-maintained.

However, I was quite disappointed upon arrival as the room I was given looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The actual room was much smaller, with a tiny window, and lacked the brightness and comfort shown in the listing. This felt misleading. Additionally, the hotel attempted to charge extra, which I only managed to resolve after contacting Booking.com. They later adjusted the payment and denied any additional charges, which I found quite frustrating and dishonest. Overall, while the hotel itself is decent in terms of cleanliness and safety, the false advertising and questionable billing practices left a bad impression. I would advise future guests to double-check their booking details and be cautious.

Parfait. Emplacement idéal tout se fait à pied. Chambre très fonctionnelle.

Déjà l’accueil. La personne qui nous a accueilli était vraiment très gentille et serviable. C’est vraiment très agréable. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, à mi-chemin entre la gare et le vieux port (15mn à pieds).

Die Lage war prima, gut mit ÖPNV zu erreichen und auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Da es draußen sehr winterlich kalt war (Winter mit 0°C), wurde auch das Zimmer nur langsam mit einem kleinen Elektroofen warm.

Peut mieux faire

La situation géographique : le quartier du Panier. Le confort du logement : salle de bain-WC très bien, TV avec chaîne Arte, penderie, commodités...

Je n'avais rien pour le petit-déjeuner à part 2 capsules de café et deux minuscules biscuits pour 2 jours. Pas de table de chevet, Il y avait bien une petite lampe dans un coin à côté du bureau/TV, mais avec un fil trop court pour pouvoir lire au lit.

Logement pour étudiant c est tout

L emplacement

La douche impraticable 40x40 avec un rideau qui colle à la peau. Pas de balai, ni pelle, un seul tabouret, de ka vaisselle en quantité insuffisante. Une toute petite table et un seul tabouret. Bref ....très inconfortable pour 2 personnes. Pas de réception le week-end. C est un studio dans une résidence étudiante. Logement bien pour des étudiants mais pas pour des touristes qui cherchent un minimum de confort.

Dobra lokalizacja i przestronny czysty pokój wyposażony w aneks kuchenny, duże i wygodne łóżko, tv z netflixem oraz łazienkę. Dwa grzejniki w zupełności starczyły żeby w nocy zapewnić właściwą temperaturę. Duży plus z suszarkę do włosów i stopery do uszu.

Zentral. Parkhaus um die Ecke. Wenn die Anfangsschwierigkeiten überwunden sind kann man sich zurecht finden.

Ab 18:00 niemand mehr erreichbar. Auch nicht per Telefon. Zunächst kein Netz und auch kein Internetzugang am Eingang. Deswegen auch kein Web und kein Email Zugang um Schlüsseldepot zu finden und Code abzurufen. Zum Glück gab es andere Logiergäste die man fragen konnte. Eingang auf der Strasse nicht gekennzeichnet. Erst wenn man vor dem Eingang in der oberen Etage steht kann man erkennen dass man im richtigen Haus ist. Morgens 6:30 durch LKW Entladung vor dem Fenster geweckt.

Emplacement prestation à la hauteur et très jolie cadre dans des bâtis de type Napoléonien..il serai bien d assurer un service bagage rien par la réception dès le matin pour alléger les touristes avec bagages et toit serai au top ..personnel chaleureux et convivial Très bien👍

Emplacement excellent. Matelas confortable.

Propreté moyenne, traces des poils dans la douche par exemple. 2 petites serviettes de douche, pas de serviette de mains séparée. Il y avait du gel de douche et liquide vaisselle, mais pas de savon pour les mains. Un seul papier hygiénique pour les 3 jours, pour 2 personnes. Nous avons demandé un autre, on nous a dit que ça sera déposé dans la chambre. En rentrant le soir, mauvaise surprise, pas de papier. Heureusement on partait le lendemain.
