Great location, walking distance from the Saint Michelle. The bathrooms and rooms are clean. The beds are sturdy so you're not bothered but your neighbors. Each bunk has a curtain for privacy, lights and outlets.
No common kitchen, but there's an electric kettle in the common area.

I loved everything. Such a really cool hostel. The bedrooms were ok and everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious and the common area is good to socialize.

The private rooms are quite comfortable and the hostal is in quite a good location. The staff are pleasant and there is a nice bar with outdoor seating area.
One thing I've found really annoying both times I've stayed here is the lack of bath mat in the bathroom. When you come out of the shower you end up dripping water everywhere. I'm sure some guests are tempted to use the towels on the floor as a result! Seeing as the private rooms are priced comparable to a hotel, a bath mat should really be provided for that price. I'm also not interested in checking myself in and out online, seems like a complete waste of my time.

The beds have good lights, mirrors and shelves … and curtains that you can decore it… the room comes with shelves, hangers… private bathroom and balcony. Really a cool room.
I think they should have a free luggage room.

Most of the staff was very helpful and kind! I had a few occasions where I felt one of the staff did not really feel they wanted to be there, but I cannot judge!
The bed was very good, but the provided pillow was very thin. I would recommend anyone staying any prolonged time (more than 2 days) to request an additional pillow.
Most tenants walked into the room and the bathroom with their shoes, leaving dirt everywhere. I wish there was a policy that enforced tenants to leave their shoes by the entrance of the room. a small mat and a notice to tenants would go a long way I think!

breakfast is a little expensive for what it is.

Overall a really nice spot, it felt roomy and made for an easy launching point to explore the old port area of Marceille. The rooms and bathrooms were large, and it was relatively easy to find privacy. The breakfast deal (4 euro for coffee and two pastries) was also the perfect portion to start my day.
Only real issue was that someone stole my bag (outside my locker) to steal two pairs of pants and a few sealed snacks. However, after I alerted the staff about this issue, they quickly found it, and ensured I had access to a larger locker for the rest of the trip. So, unfortunate experience, but outside the staffs control and they were able to remedy the situation once alerted quickly. Additionally, they had a group book their quieter workspace the entire time I was there, which made it difficult for me to find a quiet space to work remotely.

We chose the hotel for its location, near the main station and close to the traditional quarter 'Le Panier'.
It is basically a hostel, and we were not expecting very much comfort. We had a two-bed room with bath,
and it was indeed furnished in a spartan way, but nothing was lacking. The WiFi worked well. Breakfast
was a buffet served in the lobby, with tables in the inner courtyard, not spectacular but quite satisfactory.
The staff were friendly and uniformly helpful. The hotel was quiet except for an occasional loud door
closing (a sign in the lobby asked guests to be considerate and avoid that, but some forgot and let the door
slam shut). The decor was simple but fresh and pleasing (patterns in white and blue, in the style of Matisse's
'cutouts'). The building has a classic exterior and is a protected monument; it ollos like an office building or a
former government office, but was in fact originally a cigar factory.
All in all a very pleasant stay, with no problems of any kind.
The breakfast could have been better (but one can say that of about 90% of hotels everywhere).

The staff and the positive vives all around the property
It’s a bit overpriced in regards to the hostels in general

Everything about this place is great. It is really clean, modern, and well cared for, the staff is really nice, the localization is great - really, I can't think of anything that was annoying. Just be sure to take a padlock to be able to lock your stuff.

The location was very central. The bed, room and locker were generally clean. Overall, it was very good value for money.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, and one of the showers did not work. There were a bizarre number of mosquitos in the room, even in February. The latch on my assigned locker was not properly screwed on, so it was not very secure. The area was also a little sketchy - but that is just Marseille.

The location of the hotel was really great, and you can easily walk to the marina. I stayed in a private room with a bathroom for 6 people. The room was well-heated and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
However, those using the bed right next to the bathroom door in the room may be a bit unlucky. Having one toilet and one bathroom for six people could sometimes be insufficient.
The beds on the lower level of the bunk bed might be a bit higher from the ground.

A stay in Marseille.
It was clean and modern.
Clean sheets and and also the curtain for privacy it's very efficient. There is also a plug and light next to the bed and also sheets which are comfortable.
Even so a bonus that in the room there is a bathroom and also a balcony for fresh air.
The staff spoke English and even very helpful staff specially before I came there as I message them through this app. With some questions related to my travel.
Well, everything was good though not close to the seaview but close to the centre, Old Port. Only 15minutes away.

The hostel has great vibes, it's a shame that I could stay only for one night.

The room was clean and well ventilated.
There was no hot water in the shower room. It should be fixed immediately.

The staff during my check-in was extremely friendly, I arrived early but she checked that my room had already been cleaned so I could go up to my room early. The room is big and clean, it looks very new. The toilet looks new and clean as well. There is a curtain that you can draw along your bed to get some privacy. I liked that there is a shelf right beside the power plug for you to place your devices safely. There is a bar downstairs that serves basic drinks. The location is central but not /too/ central, you can take a tram to Sadi Carnot to get to the hostel.
The lockers to deposit your luggage at the basement level is not free - I think it costs 4 Euros for 6 hours. The storage box in the room is a little small - will not fit a cabin-sized luggage.

Great central yet quiet location. One minute into the Panier. Great friendly and helpful personnel. The renovation seems quite recent and is tastefully done.
I stayed in a four bed dorm. The room had it’s own bathroom which has a shower and toilet in the same space. This is a design flaw, as they could have been easily separated. The other toilet, four floors down, was out of order. I used the handicapped toilet next to it when needed. This is used for getting water by those who prepare food for themselves, as there is no tap or sink in the “kitchen”. This is another design flaw and questionable for hygiene.

The hostel is near to Vieux port.
Things are stolen from this hotel.
Employees cannot provide information.
In 3 days they could not elucidate the mystery of the disappearance of the slippers. They are very poorly prepared!

Public area like quiet room.
Locker for storing the luggage is not big enough for backpcker, not to mention if you bring a >19 inch luggage with you.

Very confortable sleeping arrangements (although getting down from the top bunkers is a bit tricky)
Showers were terrible. Water running irregularly and wet everywhere with no place to put your clothes. No kitchen equipment. No vegan options for breakfast

Property was ok
I found a guest peeing on the elevator at 4:30am when I was ready to leave to catch my plane. It was awful and he said he couldn’t wait as the doors were locked and the elevator didn’t open on time…

Staff is very friendly. Good walking distance to the city
Found it rather expensive tbh. Worlds smalles bathroom in our ladies dorm like in a ship. Also found it weird that one needs to pay €4 for 6h and more to leave luggage after checkout. price for coffee €4, for beer €8 …air condition switched off during the night.
I mean it is a hostel after all…

We had a self contained room. It was spacious clean comfy bed good bathroom and the elevator was good for luggage. Excellent breakfast and staff were very helpful. The communal space was perfect!
No complaints! It’s a great place to stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff, ready to help us with our needs and explain how things work. The room was somewhat soundproof, i.e. the normal life outside of the room did not bother us unless some people chose to be noisy in the street. The door between the room and the bathroom was soundproof as well.
The TV was broken. The elevator did not always work with our room's card and also the bedside lamps and sockets stopped working on the second day. Also, the location is a bit sketchy at night.

The rooms and acomodation were pretty clean and of good quality; not the typical metal beds with a supper thin mattress. The central part of the hostel allowes for easy interaction with outher travelers. The location is conveniently close to the Old Harbour and easy to reach from the train station with the metro M1.

The People - Marseille was very nice, and the dorm was great with working AC and proper ventilation. Rooms were also regularly cleaned. Privacy curtains are always a great addition. The location was good, 10 minutes walk to the port/central. Courtyard was very cute.
The cleaners would enter the room very abruptly and would be very loud and inconsiderate to guests in the dorm. I also realised that they did vacant cleans in the dorms earlier than the check-out time for those who checked out earlier which wasn't ideal if you wanted to sleep in.

It was a nice place, good facilities and very clean. A bit of a sketchy area but overall not to bad
The staff were a bit reluctant to help a little impatient. Overall not too bad but could be better
