1. Nice room with a private bathroom. Had everything we needed. The room seemed freshly renovated and had a pleasant view of a quiet street.
2. Good location. You can easily catch a bus or take the metro to any place you need. A large Carefour supermarket is a walking distance away.
3. Very friendly staff. Helped us when we had problems with our door. Provided quick solutions even though they were having a busy check-in.
4. Very easy and fast check-out process. Just leave the keys in the box.
5. There is a neat bar area at the reception that servers tasty coffee and lets you borrow utensils if you need any.
6. Either we had very quiet neighbors or the rooms have good sound isolation. Didn't hear anyone at all during our stay.
7. Modern TV that lets you cast your movies to it. The application they use is compatible with tons of casting apps.
Since the place is quite popular, perhaps it's a good idea to add a second reception desk to avoid crowds.

Dope vibes in this hostel, people from all over the world to meet and kick it with. Cleanliness was solid, and the bed curtain gives you your own little private zone.
Nice position and staff, all receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
Maybe the bed is a bit too hard for me but nothing major.

Most of the staff was very helpful and kind! I had a few occasions where I felt one of the staff did not really feel they wanted to be there, but I cannot judge!
The bed was very good, but the provided pillow was very thin. I would recommend anyone staying any prolonged time (more than 2 days) to request an additional pillow.
Most tenants walked into the room and the bathroom with their shoes, leaving dirt everywhere. I wish there was a policy that enforced tenants to leave their shoes by the entrance of the room. a small mat and a notice to tenants would go a long way I think!
