easyHotel Marseille Euromed

The location was not far from the center. 30mins by walk from the Vieux Port. They had two big elevators, 24h concierge, and free cups with a drinking water faucet, which is amazing! Staff speak English and are very friendly, always ready to help you. The room was clean and cozy, and the twin bed was small but comfortable. The bathroom has a perfect size and a nice shower booth with amenities! They have a hair dryer as well. Highly recommended.

Despite everything, they were OUT OF TOWELS. Their policy is "you can bring your used towels and change them with new ones whenever you want at the concierge." So I returned my used towel when going out in the morning that day, and told them I would pick up the new ones when I got back to the hotel later. But guess what, when I got back at night, they had NO TOWELS LEFT. They said they will have the new ones arrived the next morning, but I really needed to take a shower right then, and had no towels left in my room. There was no way for me to buy one because all the supermarkets were closed at that time too. How could someone imagine this? How is a "hotel" not equipped with towels at any moment? It is a very basic necessity and expected even at a hostel. I mean it's not the staff's fault, he was very sorry but I was still frustrated and disappointed. Also, they ran out of free cups for the faucet on the same night which I didn't expect so I didn't buy a water bottle earlier. And at that time there was no supermarket open either. So I had to pay €2 for a small can of water at the vending machine for the overnight hydration. (But at least I could solve this problem.) Everything else was amazing and I recommend this hotel in Marseille. But this, was very disappointing and caused a great inconvenience to me, and I'm not sure how often this happens here. I REALLY WISH this could be improved, if I ever have a chance to visit next time.

Tidiness and nice furniture, clean and working well. Good position.

Duvet was too warm for the temperature of the room.

The thing I liked the most was the staff. If it weren't for those people, the impression would be very poor. The next good thing – location - 20 minutes walk to the old port and other beautiful places. A building is new and neat.

Pricing policy. Only after paying the money, you find out that there are a bunch of additional fees: for room cleaning, a 100 euro deposit only upon arrival, which you then have to wait for more than a week to get back. There is only a bed, a hanger, and one cupboard in the room. There is practically nowhere to put or hang your stuff. Only a few drops of soap in the bathroom. We never received a refill, because room cleaning costs an extra 20 euros.

It was comfortable for a short stay and in a good location near the westfield and within walking distance to the port. The staff were friendly. Right next to a monoprix for snacks and breakfast. Room was large enough for two people and the AC was great.

You have to pay €20 per day to have the room key which was strange and the tv didn't work.

The room was super small and the cleanliness was poor. I still havent gotten my deposit back…..

It was super clean, the price is really affordable

There was only small table for one bed. Not necessary but could be nice if there was some bag for trash and maybe could be more fruits for the breakfast 👍🏻

Emplacement une partie du personnel ( un était pas très agréable) mais bon il avait peut-être passé une mauvaise matinée et pas désagréable non plus

Manque juste une étagère pour poser les vetements dans la chambre
