Great location, comfortable bed, but poor breakfast for the price and we were charged more for the car park than the web

Location, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, price, underground garage.

Room needs refreshing: dangerous floor tile edging strip - trip hazard, 3 cigarette burns on bathroom sink, curtains off rails in places. Breakfast time chaotic: not enough seating for everyone, no mugs or glasses. When I asked where I might get a mug, the staff member simply said it was normal: “it’s breakfast time”!

If was pretty cheap

It was in a sketchy area to begin with so we did not want to leave the hotel to not risk coming home when the sun was set. Not their fault but a good thing to know. During our stay the AC turned off and did not work after that so our night was kind of uncomfortable and we heard from other guests that the same thing happened for them.

Find a better place to stay!

Can’t think of what I liked to be honest, it smells bad from the moment you enter the building

Staff are rude , they couldn’t even help me get back my sunglasses that I left in the room even after I told them that I had a flight in a few hours . Reception told me to wait until the housekeeping team was done cleaning for the day and that’s when they would know if my glasses were there or not ! It really doesn’t make sense

We did not like it and we never do the same mistake to go to the same hotel

It was so difficault to get our room. There was no elevator and I had to pay to some one to take our luggages to the room. We didn't like the room and the atmespher at all.

Kitchen in room was well stocked with plates and other essentials. Rooms were a good size.

The position for me was good , 5 min to National Metro

There was work renovation in the Appart city and I was not informed about the situation. I found small cockroaches in the room and was not happy about my stay.

The cozy, comfortable hotel for the perfect stay!

The staff were really nice and friendly, administrator proposed directly parking, even we didn’t book. Plus we were lost a bit and she navigated us very well. the room was clean, comfortable and cozy. we could rest after long road, we didn’t hear any noise and the smell was fresh.

Location is not in a center, but for us it was not so important. near was the tram line and by car it’s just 10-15 mins max.

It's good. But could be better.

Good location (close to subway and Tranvia stations, friendly staff, easy to find. Easy to use the laundry machine and reasonable prices.

The building internally looks quite old and poorly maintained, the corridors smelled quite strong (not sure what) and sometimes it even smelled cigarrete smoke. My room was not bad but also had some maintenance lacking. The photos give the idea the place is brand new. But it's not the case. It is not really bad or dirt, so it wasn't really a big of an issue for me. Plus: the neighbourhood only has halal markets, so no alcohol around to buy (for those who, like me, like drinking). So you gotta walk at least 10-15 min to find a market that sells any.

Value for money and good location.

The room was comfortable. I liked the posters on the walls.

Everything in the hotel is quite old, used or dented. The shower head was leaking, there was some candy bar wrapping left from the previous guests in the cupboards. The worst was the breakfast, one of the worst hotel breakfast I ever had - just bread, butter, and cheese. No vegetables or fruits.

The service was really outstanding, great personal and staff. It's in a good location and easy to find

The cleaning was not great, floors and general upkeep of the apartment was shoddy. The geyser dripped and made a running water sound constantly. The lift was falling apart. Did not like the fact you smell marijuana almost constantly when you open the windows

Just ok if you are looking for a short stay.

It was clean. Good location.

Staff not friendly. They turned off AC and gave table fans. Told that they turned off AC motors to prepare for winter!!! No cross ventilation. They clean the room only once a week. If you want any cleaning or change of towels, we need to pay a huge amount. Very small rooms. Despite asking multiple times to give a knife to cut vegetables, they didn't seem to understand and gave butter knife. That's horrible.

Pleasant

The bed was so comfortable and there was a tram and metro station 5 min away from the apartment. The staff was lovely.

There were some small blood stains on the walls and the floor (maybe from mosquitos because there were a lot!). The bedside tables were two stools (maybe due to the bed being new and the old bedside tables not fitting in that space). It would’ve been good if instead of a winter duvet we would’ve had some thinner bedsheets because it was quite warm in the room. The apartment looked quite old in comparison with the pictures on Booking.
