Short football stay

The reception and bar staff were excellent and even played Newcastle United songs in the bar area without us asking . Lovely hotel staff and location

A couple oddities, but overall lots to like, and I would stay here again.

We were staying overnight to catch a cruise the next day. The location is very near to the free cruise shuttle and was extremely convenient. It’s also walkable from the main train station (St. Charles). The staff were all very accommodating, polite, ans spoke English. (Much as I’d like to be able to, I don’t think I could manage to check into a hotel in French)

The bathroom was fully functional, but oddly designed. The WC was in its own little room (not with the main vanity and shower), tiny, and had perhaps the smallest sink I’ve ever witnessed in a building. To be clear this was just an inconvenience and not a deal breaker to us, but odd nonetheless. On the upside, the main portion of the bathroom had a larger sink, a shower, AND a separate tub.

Lovely hotel near shopping centre

The rooms were lovely and clean and there were great sliding screens to section off the bed areas. It was nice to have daily house keeping. The property was opposite some good restaurants and a shopping centre.

There were lots of mozzies in the room. Not sure how they got in because we did not open the windows. My kids had numerous bites. We stayed in April and the heating was permanently on and the rooms were uncomfortably hot, especially at night.

I found my hotel booking canceled because I arrived late. This is the first time in my life I do booking then when arrived I found it canceled for not show reason.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were also kind.

Unfortunately, the elevator and room door sensors were a little out of order. Breakfast would have been better with a salad. I don't know who was responsible, but I had a hard time communicating with the staff about the breakfast-included conditions.

Very poor for this class of hotel.

Size of toilet (smaller than on a train!) No Milk for tea or coffee. Old furniture with split wood. Small Breakfast room with hardly any seating so didn't buy breakfast. Air conditioning in one of our rooms did not work properly. Reception man could not make us coffee because milk was locked away and he didn't have a key.

Clean, nice bedroom,

no parking place, and expensive the one they recommend. I checked out and I forget a bottle of wine that I bought during my trip in south of France, expensive one, on the fridge and some hours later I came back to the hotel to ask for it and the woman in the reception said they don't know about it. Really disapointed about that. I also need to make a 100 euro deposit ... So the price is expensive and you have to pay for a lot of things extra.

Stay for a couple of days in a known standard

Excellent location near tram stop and the neighborhood is modern and clean. Very spacious.room for the family. Great breakfast.

Family vacation

Hotel is beautiful, personel is kind and respectful, the room was comfortable, bed was great to sleep on. There are bus and train station right in the front of a hotel, that was great, because we didn't have to go far to use public transportation. Bathroom had a shower and a bath, fresh towels every day. Had water heater for tea and coffee to prepare in coffee machine. Breakfast was great, with variety of food, everything prepared was tastfull. It was nice.

The balcony had glass walls which could not be moved to side, so you really do not get a lot of fresh air. Well, the glass could be moved, but was blocked. And there was only one chair with a taburet to sit on. We were three and couldn't enjoy on the balcony in the evening. In the bathroom is only one hanger for towels, so we had to leave towels in bath tub, could not hang them. And there was no toilet brush to clean the toilet, so we spent a lot of toilet paper to clean it. Maybe some forks and spoons could be also added, while there is a microwave to use.

Good place with excellent breakfast.

The room was big as shown in the pictures, but the beds were not very comfortable. The breakfast spread was very good and the people at the breakfast were very helpful. The rooms were clean. The tram station was just opposite the hotel which was very helpful.

They should serve 24-hour tea and coffee in the lobby, which would be a little helpful, considering the price they charge. They should put laundry bags in the room.

Worth the price!

Fantastic location, near public transport, spacious rooms, a bathtub, and a shower which can be excellent for families with small kids. Nice-sized balcony and comfortable bed. Good space in the bedroom to work. Good breakfast variety.

They only offer one water bottle daily, which isn't enough for more prominent families. The floor is a rug, which isn't suitable for people with allergies like me.
