Breakfast was delightful, wide menu selection. Well staffed and little to no wait time. À la carte price of €21 was most fair. Room was larger than expected, bed was most restful, staff was friendly, efficient & personable; the lobby is large and a great place to collaborate with colleagues. Happy Hour was popular & bartenders added to the vibe. Laundry service was impeccable.
No complaints :)

The location is really good, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is also very clean.
The gym is extremely limited, and the only one treadmill and one cross trainer.

Great location! Nice rooms.
Pool is not very nice and full of loud children. No towels.

To be honest, I didn’t like much about my stay. The hotel is located in the newer part of the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but that’s about all I truly appreciated. The hotel charges a deposit of €600, regardless of whether you stay for one night, three nights, or an entire month. This is supposed to be a four-star hotel. I was sold a half-board package, but the hotel doesn’t actually serve dinner. I wouldn’t have even received my dinner if I hadn’t asked about it. After a long and frustrating wait, I was given a kind of voucher for a meal at a nearby pizzeria. There was no prior notice that dinner wouldn’t be served at the hotel. On top of that, the dinner at the pizzeria was limited to a value of €40 — quite disappointing for a place that claims to be four-star.
The breakfast was very average and monotonous – the same every day. One even had the feeling that the staff were monitoring how much each guest ate. On the last day, despite it being clear that I had booked half board, they brought me a breakfast bill to sign. Had I signed it, I would have been charged for the breakfasts again upon check-out. I strongly advise everyone to be careful about what you sign so you don’t end up paying twice for the same service. The hotel’s location is relatively good – it’s in the business district, and the building is newer – but the staff are somewhat scattered and disorganized.

Excellent location, superb facilities, great value for money
Parking off site that is expensive

The room was spacious and clean. We had a room with the sea view (it is worth paying a little bit more) and we like it a lot! The bed is quite big and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and bright.
The stuff working on the reception was rude, they barely speak English and we’re not able to answer my questions about the deposit, they just wanted my money without giving me any conditions regarding the deposit return.

Great facilities and friendly staff in reception
Lovely room and very clean
Lovely view of the port out of the room window
Decent breakfast and available for a long time
Great bar and lovely looking food options
Soaps available in the lobby is a great extra and absolutely loved all the eco friendly touches.
Slightly further out than it sells from the middle of Marseille, but a beautiful walk into town and bars and restaurants are plentiful in the local area.
Slightly expensive for what a normal room would give you, but not surprising as in the city and during the RWC prices have gone up.

We liked that the room was large, light with far but lovely sea view, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the breakfast included fresh juices and eggs. The staff was extraordinary-- at reception check-in, and out, bar and breakfast.
We liked the light and cheerful lobby. The hotel is neither on the port nor in the city center, I was worried the hotel was too far out but but it is definitely close enough. It is fun to walk through the docks and/or catch the tram. There is subway and relatively short taxi ride. We thought the value for money was great.
Make sure enough tea for two in room. I really can't think of anything else.

The pool is quite small and very shallow, it looked bigger in the photos but was still nice to have the use of it.

A good quality and moderately priced hotel a bit outside Marseille city centre. My room was large, well equipped and clean. Fitness room, pool and an outside terrace available. Good breakfast.
Nothing to complain about.

Wear and tear in the rooms, with paint flaking in the bathroom, and som damage on the wall in the room. The gym is also sadly inadequate, with only 4 machines and no free weights and in a very small space.
