I like the room it was big and with kitchen facilities

200 euro deposit required and breakfast is extra and there was no slipper in the room. Cant extend the checkout hour. I personally hate late check in and early check out

Great option for a longer stay.

Comfortable and clean. Handy for old port area and shopping area.

Disappointed that was not able to request a room service breakfast - was told at reception when I requested that they were too busy... then don't advertise it.

Enjoyed our stay as a family, the apartment was clean, and large enough to store cases, and cook meals.

The apartment was a good size and clean, the kitchenette was very useful especially for a family.

Quiet but fairly central location and very good facilities.

Liked the fridge/kitchen facilities. Rooms were fairly spacious which was helpful. Location on a quiet side street but only a 10 min walk to the old port and 5 mins to Le Pannier district. Staff were very helpful, happy to print out tickets I had on email.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. However I would prefer for the hotel to block my credit card of the €200 deposit (like they do for car rentals) as opposed to taking the money and refunding it later

A basic hotel for a longer stay in the vibrant city of Marseille.

The location is close to the harbor and some interesting museums. A metro station is nearby. The rooms are spacious and offers tables as well as a seating corner.

The facilities are just basic. The rooms are apartments and include a little kitchen. Therefore a deposit is mandatory at the checkin.

Recent stay

Residhome in Marseille is a great Aparthotel. This was our second time staying and the facilities are of a very good standard. It's comfortable, conveniently located and overall very good value for money. The rooms are cool in the hot weather and have all you need for a self catering style stay.

Regrettably I do feel that the standards and cleaning have slipped slightly since our last stay. We stayed for 6 nights and were not made aware that our room would only be cleaned once during this stay, and unfortunately the one time it just happened to take place was as we sat down to our lunch so we couldn't commit to it. That's a case of bad timing but better communication regarding this would be great in future.

Horrible - run away from that hotel!

I woke up with a cockroach waking in my arm. After that situation is a bit hard to like something. But it wasn’t the only reason for me to hate it.

I've stayed in all kinds of hotels—from luxury to very simple ones—and I've never had such a terrible experience like that one. There were COCKROACHES in the room, in the bathroom, and even on the bed crawling on our arms. After that they gave us an upgrade, but in the new one, the bathroom had a horrible smell (also not well cleaned), a lamp was broken, and I'm still trying to resolve an issue with my 200 euro deposit refund. On top of that, the receptionist was sarcastic and unhelpful. There were also several other small issues that made the stay even worse.

Great central location nearby Juliette Metro, street car, and bus lines.

Location was really good. There were a couple of bars closeby... enough to have something to do, not enough to be noisy.

The only thing I can think of was the faucet in the bathroom was super loose and needed to be fixed. But in all fairness, we did not report the problem to maintenance.

Exceptional

Friendly helpful staff fantastic buffet breakfast we were a party of stranded College students when flights were cancelled back to London due to bad weather.....nothing too much trouble even printed our new boarding passes.....rooms are fabulous and homey a big fridge microwave and hotplate to cook...supermarket 3 mins away make your own tea and coffee.. near to the shopping mall and the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in...well done and thank you to Martine and colleagues in reception. We will see you again!!

Nice stay but location not the best

Nice comfortable bed. Good bathroom . every thing very clean. Fresh towels and cleaned every day. Pleasant helpful staff .

Just a bit too far for us from the old port.35/40 mins walk it's also a long way from train station too 30 walk with suitcase.Nothing in the immediate area to see. Few restaurants.all the best in the Port. 30 mins by bus to the beaches. Staff booked our taxi to airport for us . They said it would be 40 euros. It was 57!! For a 15 min ride. Beware!!!
