The location was great! Close train station 2mins and 8mintues Metro. Room Clean very important!!!

Good basic hotel with comfy room, good breakfast and excellent transport links.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. We knew we would miss dinner time, so they arranged for us to have a meal waiting when we returned late at night. Comfortable bed and a clean room. Breakfast was good. Excellent transport links - tram stop right outside, 5 mins walk to Metro.

We were staying in Marseille for a concert at the Velodrome. Can't blame them, when every hotel in town was doing it, but the price was elevated accordingly.

Location is superb. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

Room size was acceptable which we knew, but there's basically nothing in the room, no kettle, no storage space, it's barely a place to sleep, stay in this basic and tiny room cannot be considered as comfortable honestly.

Convenient but no frills.

Location is ideal if you are travelling on by ferry from the port. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is parking in a public garage next door.

The bed was not comfortable as the topper kept sliding off the mattress. Pillows too soft. Only one chair in a double room.

Disappointing stay for an ibis chain

The location

No tea or coffee making facilities. No mini fridge. The water fountain was out of order in foyer and no water placed in rooms. No room safe. No cupboard to hand clothing. Only one chair to sit on.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service!

It’s in a good location, with easy access to both the tram and metro station.The buffet breakfast was great. Close to the local market, restaurants, ATM’s and a big shopping mall.

A no-BS hotel - you get what you expect

We know what Ibis stands for. This was a no-BS stay and we got what we paid for. Spacious bed and nice bathroom. The staff were also friendly and responsive to requests. The location is a couple of stone throws from the Le Panier district which is where you will find many restaurants.

It's an IBIS so this wasn't expected, but the views could have been better. The room feels too hidden.

Air conditioning didn’t work. was extremely hot inside the room. the staff tried to solve but didn’t work. As I stayed only o e night, it was ok and the staff was ready to help even if they were not able to.

Great stay except for the food

location most staff were friendly and professional comfortable rooms all was very good the reception staff were extremely helpful and were fluent in many languages

The food was not good breakfast was poor the waiter behind the counter not good at all there were only 2 choices on the weekend menu for the evening menu

location is good, but hard to find the hotel

it was very hard to find the hotel when we arrived midnight, very small title on the building. and then hard to find the parking entrance as it is from the different street. hotel doors were closed we had to wait 5 mins before someone opened the door

It was great the first night and the last i got back at 11pm so i slept and check out

The hotel was location in the center of everything nice location

I only stayed two night had an emergency and had to leave after the first night and came back the last night, i asked to be checked out and check back in but they said wont be refunded. which there was a way to not waste that money.
