Room was comfortable and clean
Receptionist was extremely helpful as we literally only had 16 hours in Marseille before our next train was due to leave at 9am the following morning
Room was pre-set on temperature and was too hot for us. May have been ok for others but we are used to a cool bedroom. Had windows open for a while but overlooked the street so was a little noisy

This is a wonderful hotel, near railway station, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's very clean and tidy. The beds and linens are comfortable. Friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
