The location cannot be beat if you are taking the train. It is also near the Port. I was taking the train early the next morning so it was a perfect hotel. I will certainly go ahead.

Very close to railway station. Helpful staff
The shower was very poor. Random hot water. Towels too small for grown ups.

Excellent location in relation to the Saint-Charles train station and the hotel has a big sign making is easy to spot. Quiet room, good bed, warm covers. Coffee in room. It is always nice to have staff available. The food and service in the restaurant next door was also very good/above expectations.
The door to the bathroom squeaked making it hard not to wake each other in the night. There was an odd electric jug/kettle situation (where the jug is is not where you plug it in even though the stand is there, IYKYK).
