Clean, safe, local area feel you are like a local
Property was very clean and meet with all our expectation There were 2 bathroom 3 bedroom and one living room also the guy who get in contact with us for the key and password he helped us about the coffee and heating
There is no elevator so it is not easy to climb the stairs if you have heavy luggages more then one. but it is safe place so you can left one your luggage downstairs entrance of the appartment (there is an additional door at the enterance) and you can carry one by one the luggages

Apartment was in a great location for walking in the city center. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with a lovely terrace.
would have appreciated a written description of check in procedures and parking ahead of the visit. it was confusing but we worked it out.

Casa stupenda in posizione ottima per chi viene in macchina ma vuole stare in centro
Casa MERAVIGLIOSA! è stata evidentemente ristrutturata di recente ed è arredata in stile moderno, sfruttando in modo eccezionale tutti gli spazi disponibili, c'è persino un grande balcone che ci è dispiaciuto non poter usare viste le temperature di dicembre. A livello di dimensioni, può ospitare 6 adulti (di cui 2 nel divano letto in soggiorno) e 1 bambino piccolo nella culla presente in una delle stanze. Altra nota super positiva la posizione: a circa 10 minuti a piedi da piazza maggiore e 2-3 minuti a piedi al parcheggio a pagamento ex staveco.
l'unica pecca è che non ci è stato detto che il termostato fosse controllato da remoto. In casa faceva davvero molto caldo e abbiamo perso tempo a cercare di regolarlo senza riuscirci e riuscire a dormire è stato davvero complicato. Abbiamo scoperto solo la mattina dopo, quando ho contattato il gestore per chiedergli aiuto, che non avremmo mai potuto farlo da soli. A saperlo prima ci saremmo risparmiati la nottataccia.

La posizione è eccellente, sei nel centro di Bologna ma in posizione più defilata e tranquilla. WIFI eccezionale, casa abbastanza grande con ogni comfort
La doccia avrebbe bisogno di qualche riparazione/investimento...ma è veramente voler trovare il pelo nell'uovo

Fin beliggenhed. Dejlig terrasse.
Lejligheden kunne trænge til lidt vedligehold. Skydedøren til det ene badeværelse og køkkenet var næsten umulige at lukke. Køkkenet mangler udstyr, hvis man selv vil lave mad. Der var kun 5 stole til trods for, at lejligheden er til 6 personer. Der kom klager over støj fra underboen til trods for, at vi blot sad i stuen og talte sammen.
