Large and excellent location in beautiful Bologna

The size and location were superb. As group of 7 friends we felt comfortable and it had everything that we needed for the time we were there .

We think the plumbing needs some attention as the bath / shower arrangements were a little tricky . As the location is so central it’s best to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper but we enjoying listening to the music and general chatter .

Amazing location. Amazing view. Very comfortable beds. Lots of space.

Three bathrooms but only one useable shower. Not good for a group of 10. Dead flowers in vases. A poor host (see below). Seems purely transactional. When messaging on booking.com I was pointed to WhatsApp. This is ok. But this is a bot, not a human. When the bot can’t answer it is diverted to the host, but then I was told off for messaging too late. A nice message on arrival welcoming us with an offer of tips & pasta recommendations. I asked for this and never had a reply.
