The property was in a great location about a minute walk to the Piazza Maggiore and on a little alleyway behind the main shopping street. It was spacious and had 2 bathrooms. There is a washing machine.
No bath towels are provided, the property provides a hand towel, face towel and a bathrobe (the bathrobe is what you use to dry yourself with). No kitchen sponge, dishwashing liquid or tea towels (we looked under the sink and in drawers and couldn’t find any). There is a dishwasher and tablets.

Das Apartment ist super gelegen und war sogar grösser als erwartet. Wir waren 5 Personen und hatten prima platz. Die beiden Badezimmer sind wirklich sehr modern und schön, top! Die Betten inkl. den Ausziehsofas waren allesamt bequem. Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt. Super fanden wir die kleine Kaffeemaschine und den leckeren Kaffee. Auch die Gastgeberin Claudia war gut erreichbar und bemüht. Eine top Unterkunft, wenn der Schlüssel von Anfang an in der Box gewesen wäre.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war leider ein Desaster, weil der Schlüssel nicht in der Box deponiert war. Claudia hat dann zwar schnell reagiert, aber es hat viel länger gedauert, den Schlüssel zu bringen als in Aussicht gestellt wurde. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass Claudia uns dann finanziell entgegengekommen ist. Ausserdem wären allgemein zwei Schlüssel wünschenswert.

Location, washing machine & dishwasher. Bed was comfortable.
The rail at the top of the mezzanine was dangerously wobbly. Any weight on it and it would have given way.
Air conditioning etc had been replaced, and worked well, but the old controls have not removed making it somewhat ugly.
The window in the bedroom was difficult to open & close (necessary to open it to open & close the shutter).
