When we arrived the place was still being cleaned by staff even though we had locked out arrival time and even showed up later than expected. Expect this everything was well just the floor wasn't too clean

Excellent location. The apartment was spacious and the bed comfortable. The shower was good too. Except for the kitchen, it was clean.

The one couch available to sit on was uniquely uncomfortable, and the kitchen could use some care. The listing stated all taxes and fees were included, but we were shaken down for another 50€ upon arrival. They would benefit from clarifying their listing to mention other fees may apply.

Ubicación excelente Comunicación con la propiedad excelente Limpieza muy bien Cocina con lo necesario y un alojamiento muy completo en general con una buena reforma.

Las camas individuales (la estructura y los colchones) del dormitorio necesitan cambiarse. En mal estado e incómodas incluso para niños. Algún espejo en las habitaciones…

Poca attenzione ai dettagli. C’erano solo asciugamani per il viso e nessun telo doccia, il piumone era appoggiato sul lenzuolo invece che inserito in una sacca e non c’erano prese libere vicino ai letti

L appartamento è molto bello, pulito e situato in pieno centro a Bologna. Consigliatissimo per confort, posizione ed estetica. L’host risponde in breve tempo alle richieste. Istruzioni chiare per accedere.

Buon soggiorno in una bellissima città

Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro con tutto a portata di mano. Struttura pulita host non incontrato ma comunque presente. Comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out. Struttura consigliata.

Le dotazioni in cucina sono davvero troppo scarne, davvero ci vuole pochissimo in più per farti stare a tuo agio. Inoltre mettere contate le capsule del caffè o i rotoli di carta o le tab della lavastoviglie lo trovo un grossolano errore che può essere ovviato con pochissimo.
