Perfect location and appartment

The location is perfect we could walk everywhere, stores, supermarket and restaurants are really close and it’s also close to the train station. The appartment has a lot of space and a big terrace that looks perfect for summer. If we come back to Bologna we will definitely try to stay here again.

Nice apartment close to Bologna city centre

Very good location. Only a 10 minute walk from Nettuno square. The apartment has a big outside space and is well equipped.

The dishwasher didn’t work and the owner made no effort to get it fixed during our stay.

Nice spacious flat for comfortable stay - great value for the money

The appartment is great - it is very spacious, with nice yard, big living room and well equiped kitchen. Bathroom is also new and well maintained. A lot of space everywhere, even for bigger groups.

That the mattress in the bigger bedroom is too soft and not very comfortable.

Apartman je smješten blizu centra, između zgrada bez buke. Unutrašnji prostor je bio čist. Cijenili smo vanjski prostor gdje smo provodili najviše vremena.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e nel complesso, la nostra esperienza è stata positiva. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, rendendo facile raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni. L'appartamento è spazioso, con due stanze grandi e un bagno, perfetto per 3 persone. Inoltre, il terrazzo è davvero grande e offre uno spazio piacevole, anche se purtroppo, a causa del caldo, non abbiamo potuto godercelo come avremmo voluto. Le informazioni per il check-in sono state molto chiare e facili da seguire, quindi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema al nostro arrivo.

L'aria condizionata, pur essendo presente, impiega troppo tempo a raffreddare l’ambiente, il che può risultare scomodo durante le giornate più calde. Abbiamo notato anche che la pulizia sotto al letto non era perfetta, sarebbe stato meglio prestare maggiore attenzione a questi dettagli.
