Nice apartment and convenient location. Highly recommend
We had a fantastic stay in Bologna! The apartment is beautifully designed, very accessible, and conveniently located close to the city center. The availability of parking was a huge bonus that made everything hassle-free. Additionally, the owner, Luca, was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout the visit. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bologna.

Comoda e funzionale per la zona Fiera
La casa ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole, è luminosa nonostante sia a un piano terra ed è comoda per raggiungere la zona fieristica. Luca è molto gentile e disponibile e ha gestito tempestivamente alcuni problemi riscontrati con lo scaldabagno.

una casa dalle dimensioni giuste anche per quattro persone, con tutte le comodità vicine
ottima la posizione e la dotazione di servizi. Il fatto di avere un piccolo centro commerciale appena dietro casa rende comodo il soggiorno. Due palestre a poca distanza e varie linee di bus nelle vicinanze
premetto che è una esigenza mia... ho patito la mancanza di un appoggio all'interno della doccia (per altro molto bella e grande). Altra cosa: la casa è dotata di Alexa... ma non ho capito quali servizi offriva a parte musica e temperatura, pensavo fosse collegata alla domotica, ma non lo era o non erano presenti i comandi.

Yataklar çok konforluydu. Çocuklu bir aile olarak gittik ve kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Yakınlarda market olması inanılmaz iyiydi.
