It was a pleasant stay, Bologna is a charming city, and Memo Apt is a location we would like to return to.

The location is a plus, very close to the train station (approx. 10 min walk). The building is impressive in appearance and grandeur. The apartment is quiet, modern, warm, clean and comfortable, we fit 3 adults well. The bed and the sofa are wide and confortabile. It was a pleasant surprise to find water in the fridge, coffee and teas available for us, we felt welcome. Grocery stores are two steps away, and the city center is easily accessible by a short walk. We would gladly return to this apartment anytime and recommend it.

The only potentially difficult aspect is the access, which involves a functional phone and internet, as entry is based on access codes. At the same time, this guarantees the security of access to the building only for legitimate residents.

Great place close to the train station

- Well equipped apartment with features such as full-size fridge, washing machine, induction stove top, smart tv. - quick response to questions by owner - elevator to take you up to the fourth floor where the apartment is.

- Accessing the apartment via a web site on your phone - water pressure in bathroom. I think this is due to the age of the building.

Except for the shower, the stay was very good.

A big negative was the drainage of water in the shower. Notified the owner/manager who sent the cleaner to look at it the next day to see that the drain was cleaned. It was so the problem is due to the old plumbing. Feeling a little anxious not to flood the apartment floor, showers were very in and out.

Great location for short stays

Location is great, the place is cute and cosy. There’s every small detail you need to stay for a short time period.

The air conditioner is very old and was barely cooling. There are no fly screen/net for mosquitos so we couldnt open the windows. There were some drainage problems in the bathroom sink and shower but they fixed it i think, after we left.

The Memo apartment is the perfect property for a stay in Bologna.

Excellent facilities including fully stocked kitchen, large shower and its security were all superior. Add to this a clothes washing machine, plenty of windows and a smart TV makes the Memo Apartment a great value and choice for being in the heart of Bologna.

Amazing!

The appartement itself was very clean, new and modern. It was very beautiful. Perfect for 1 or 2 persons. It's located outside the city centre and was very quiet in my opinion. The host, Frederico was amazing and very helpful! Answers any questions very quick!

Don't get me wrong, the location is very good. Perfect even. But it's still a 15 minute walk to the city center. I don't mind it but if this apparment was even closer to the centre it would be amazing! There's a busstop in the street behind the appartement that takes you pretty much everywhere. So even if you can't handle all the walking, it's still an amazing location. And it's very close to the train station.

Justo los dos días que estuvimos no funcionaba el wifi. Entendimos que era por una obra que estaban haciendo de las calles que cortaron un cable, o algo por el estilo. Es decir, no es culpa del alojamiento.

Das Apartment läßt sich mit Rollläden sehr gut verdunkeln. Es ist geräumig; Der Check in und City Tax geht ausschließlich online und auch die ganzen Türen im Gebäude sind keyless, aber funktionierten immer

Die öffentliche Parkplätze kosten 46€ pro Tag, nicht 25€ wie angegeben. Die Dusche läuft sehr schlecht ab, und im Bad roch es unangenehm

la complexité pour récupérer les informations pour les clefs, en fait il faut tout faire sur le téléphone portable avec le lien qui est envoyé. Pour les non habitués ce n'est pas évident, ceci dit lorsqu'on a compris que tout se passe sur le lien envoyé cela devient plus facile. parking à 5 minutes à pied (le parking central public)

Fuar zamanı, başka hiçbir kalabilecek yer yokken bence iyi şartlarda iyi bir alternatifti

Uçak saatlerim dolayısıyla giriş çıkış saatlerimi yeniden yeniden düzenleyerek yardımcı oldular; bu hayatımı kolaylaştırdı. Apartman çok merkezi bir konumda, 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde süpermarket var. Eklemem gereken bir şey daha evin tertemiz olduğu.

Elimde fiziksel bir anahtar yerine bir link üzerine basarak eve girebileceğim üç kapıyı açmak beni biraz strese soktu. Özellikle uçuş günü rica ettiğim şekilde evden öğlen çıkabilecek miyim sorusuna cevap beklerken bu linkin de-activate edilebileceği ve evden evden hiç çıkamayacağım şeklinde bir korku yaşadım:)) Keşke bir otelde kalsaydım diye ilk kez o gün düşündüm. Ama ev sahibi mesajıma bir şekilde dönüp saati düzenledi.

Ciekawy styl apartamentu, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, nic nie brakowało. Lokalizacja blisko dworca, przyjemne zameldowanie. Łatwy kontakt z właścicielem

Było trochę zimno i głośno. Grzejniki same się wyłączały. Nie było węża od prysznica tylko sama deszczownica co utrudnia mycie. Brak dwóch pościeli.
