Makerti Bali~Bamboo House

Makerti Bali is one of those rare places that feels almost unreal. A magical bamboo villa completely nestled in nature, surrounded by incredible views without another hotel or resort in sight. You wake up to the sounds of nature, and everything about this place makes you slow down and completely unwind. Our recommendation: put your phones away and just experience it. Listen to the sounds, enjoy the view and let yourself disconnect from everything for a while. 🌿 Considering how remote and peaceful the location is, we were amazed by how effortless everything was. Room service can simply be ordered via WhatsApp, and the food was INCREDIBLY delicious!!! We genuinely don’t understand some of the lower reviews about the food. We would seriously question whether those reviewers could cook something even half as good as what the chef at Makerti serves. 😄 What the team manages to provide in such a remote location – and how much effort they put into making your stay special – is absolutely incredible and deserves appreciation. Another highlight was having a massage directly in our villa, on our own bed, surrounded by nature. Such a simple but incredibly luxurious experience and one of those moments that makes a Bali holiday feel truly special. Bali is an extraordinary place, and Makerti captures so much of what makes this island beautiful: nature, tranquility, hospitality, amazing food and that feeling of being completely away from everything. If you are looking for nightlife, crowds and lots of things happening around you, this probably isn’t your place. But if you want to disconnect, experience Bali’s incredible nature and stay somewhere truly unique and peaceful, Makerti is an absolute dream. ❤️🌴 We would come back in a heartbeat.

Superbe villa tout en bamboo Très calme et reposant. Personnel très souriant et discret.

The bamboo house is beautiful, and there is equipments as umbrella, insects products etc. The experience of bamboo house was magical, I like the bath with the view.

I was disappointed about many things, There was no WiFi so we was not able to watch movie or anything. The more important thing that was very disappointing is the view, on the booking picture it was very pretty, but in reality the palms disappear and there was construction around it. The construction also make noise. About the food, I was expecting better quality for this kind of property. The dinner was not super good and the breakfast was not good and very poor compared to others locations I did before. We had a problem of pee smell in the room, but the host came to solve it and wash the floor and the room fast so it was ok.
