Pondok Masa Depan

Located out of the main area of Sidemen is this beautiful family run accommodation. Here you can access many activities that focus on your wellbeing. The owners including their staff and dog, Irun are gentle and kind. Ayu offers a range a wellbeing programs and Bagus cooking lessons. The later we did and enjoyed 5 delicious dishes for dinner. While staying there we also did a silver workshop just down the road at Bismaya which was excellent. I would love to visit this part of the world again and be involved in more of what is on offer with Ayu.

While this was not an issue for me as I liked the more secluded location others may find it too out of the way. The rooms are on different levels hillside so this would be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Personally the room that I was in did not have hot water but the positives outweighed this.

Nothing. Perfect location for relaxing. You do need a scooter for exploring the area.

Very isolated so be prepared to spend all your time at resort which was lovely and peaceful
