Villa Lumbung Ayu Sari & Spa

Wyang and Ayu and staff and family made our stay so wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind and the service was exceptional and ALWAYS with a smile. We stayed in a very well cared for and clean Lumbung style villa. The views were very beautiful and the food was delicious. Wyang and Gede pickep us up from the airport from our late night flight, which really made it less stressful for us. Ayu and all the kitchen staff made beautiful breakfasts and meals. We LOVED sitting up and gazing at the rice paddy fields and mist rolling in over the mountains. Wyang and Ayu generously gave excellent travel advice and Ayu was a fun and informed trekking guide. She is also a very good masseuse and gave me the most divinely calming and centreing massage and facial. I highly recommend Ayu for a massage and facial package. Wyang was happy to help regarding any query or need we had and was happy to make arrangements for us. Coming from a large family my daughter and I loved the family atmosphere of Villa Lumbung Ayu Sari and that family members worked collaboratively and joyously together. Nothing. It was hard to lesve.

Comfortable bed and good location.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever I’ve ever had anywhere in the world.. There were animals running around in the walls of the room keeping me up all night but the worst part was the owner. He’s a bad guy. Was physically abusing a small puppy in front of guests and tried to rip me off twice. Made me VERY uncomfortable.

The traditional bungalow is very cozy and comfortable and has a breathtaking view over the rice terraces! The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I rented a scooter there to explore Sidemen and it was in very good conditioning. I would definitely stay here again.

I took the big room and it is way more expensive than the first choice . But first choice are the same … so does not worth it

The view from the was amazing ... direct view of the rice terraces with Mount Agung in the background .... the place is value for money considering the prices of other places in nearby areas of Sideman The surrounding is peaceful and green , must visit the area to experience the country vibes in Bali Breakfast options are also good ... they have a restaurant as well (which has awesome views btw) but we didn't try their food

The rates for bike rental were to high and not negotiable

We had a lovely time at villa Lumbung Ayu Sari! We stayed for 2 nights, we rented a scooter directly from the Villa, walked the rice fields, and enjoyed the piece and quiet! There is food nearby, within a 5 min walk, and the restaurant served yummy breakfast too Some of the best views in the valley. I'd definitely stay here again!

No TV in the room, fine mattress

The room was very nice - new and clean. Very nice view. Ayu did it all - cleaned, cooked, gave tours, gave massages; she was very friendly.

A little bit far from main part of town if you don’t have a scooter or transport.
