Loved this place! The house, Ben, was really comfortable and the location was superb, really the best view ever from two spacious, shady verandahs. We loved the space. The breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. When we made a suggestion for a future improvement, we came home a few hours later to find it done. This is an example of how attentive the team leader and his colleagues are. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this place.

It was great: this place is a hidden jewel: we had the two floor villa and it was crazy big, with incredible breathtaking views, quality-price value is amazing. The pool was very nice and in the sun until the afternoon perfect to rest after going around during the day. Staff was very very helpful: we loved Agung he is great! we asked him a million questions and he arranged literally everything for us within seconds, he was amazing!! Overall we really loved our stay, we also got massages directly at their facilities and we had their awesome included breakfast served directly on our balcony. Super recommended! Also a ton of restaurants literally 1 minute away.

The villas are large, spacious have beautiful views of Mt Agung, very comfortable.

Location was great & the price was good for a whole villa however - staff were not great at communication. Multiple messages to organize activities without a reply from them. Also villa is extremely outdated with lots of old marks.

Staff communication was terrible - hardly replied. No initiative & no replies.
