Epic views, beautiful pool, great staff

Epic location, new and clean with a private pool. Only two villas at the moment, two more in the pipeline so very small development. I recommend doing the rice paddy walk in their room brochure. Short walk to “town” but good dining options closer.

Beautiful villa, comfy beds and excellent location - 2 minute drive to Sideman rice terrace. The host (Ketut) was so friendly and helpful, and provided transport to the waterfall.

Gorgeous property with three or four stand alone rooms. The room in front has the best views, but is more expensive. Great location, very quiet, lovely staff. Fabulous breakfast!

The first room I was shown only has a view of the room in front of it, which is surrounded by a high bamboo fence. Not a great view. I was moved to another room with a better view.

Amazing stay!

What a wonderful villa! My flight has been delayed and I arrived at almost midnight. What a beautiful discover when I woke up in the morning! The view on the rice field terrace is incredible. The host was really nice and reactive. Kadek was so kind and helpful, drove me to the sidemen terrace and my next destination. The villa was new, really clean and spacious. The breakfast and the juice were really good. My only regret is that I had only one night there! Two or three nights would be the best. Thank you, I will come back for sure!

Wonderful new villa

This is a wonderful new villa overlooking the rice fields. It was nicely appointed, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was wonderful and very kind. Breakfast was large and delicious. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a clam stay or a romantic getaway.

Séjour agréable avec une belle vue

La chambre était magnifique, avec une très belle piscine et un cadre agréable. L’emplacement est pratique, proche du centre, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Possibilité de louer un scooter.

Quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés, comme le contrôle de la fraîcheur du lait au petit déjeuner (utilisé pour pancakes et smoothie) et le timing du traitement de la piscine, afin de permettre aux clients d’en profiter pleinement

Erholsame Tage bei lieben Gastgebern in ruhiger Lage Gegend

Die Gastgeber sind überaus herzlich und haben mit der Pool Villa eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für Ruhe suchende Gäste geschaffen. Der Blick auf die Reisfelder und die gegenüberliegenden Berge ist traumhaft. Wer in der Natur sein möchte und am Alltag der Balinesen teilnehmen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, hat ein bequemes Bett mit topp Bettwäsche, super weiche und neue Handtücher und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Highlight war der kleine private Pool. Die Abgeschlossenheit der gesamten Villa war uns bei der Nähe zur Natur sehr wichtig, und wir hatten trotz Regenzeit keine Begegnung mit Mücken oder anderen Tieren. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es verschiedene Warungs mit topp Essen zu unglaublich günstigen Preisen und auch kleine Geschäfte. Man kann sich allerdings auch in der Villa zum Abend bekochen lassen. Das Frühstück war sehr schmackhaft und kaum zu schaffen. In der Villa selbst werden Kochkurse angeboten- eine tolle Erfahrung- und das 3 Gänge Menü durfte anschließend natürlich verspeist werden. Kadek hilft gern bei der Organisation von Taxi oder anderen Aktivitäten und war über WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter.

Preis-Leistung verbesserungsfähig

Das Moskitonetz über dem bett war sehr hilfreich und das Bad war super schön eingerichtet und die dusche gut warm. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Betten waren wirklich sehr sauber, wahrscheinlich weil alles sehr neu war.

Aufpassen welche Villa man bucht, denn nur manche haben einen privaten Pool und die welche wir buchten hatte gar keinen Zugang zu einem Pool. Das fanden wir für den Preis sehr schade, aber natürlich hätten wir besser aufpassen können bei der Buchung. Es gab leider keinen Föhn in der Unterkunft. Uns wurde ans Herz gelegt die lokalen Fahrer zu unterstützen, allerdings sind die Preisvorstellungen deutlich auseinander gegangen. Bei Grab und Gojek vorher schauen um gut in die preisverhandlungen einsteigen zu können.

Buenas habitaciones pero algo impersonal (por ahora)

La habitación espectacular, con terraza y piscina privada. El baño también enorme y bonito. Kadek el responsable, muy amable.

Creo que a este alojamiento le faltan unos años para ser de 10. Están construyendo otras habitaciones. Si hacen una buena recepción con un buen jardín, zona para aparcar buena y zonas comunes será un hotel-villa increíble. Por ahora le falta personalidad, chispa y tiempo. A ver dentro de un tiempo como lo dejan.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit privatem Pool zum Runterkommen

Die Villa mit privatem Pool und Blick in die Reisfelder war genau das was wir nach der langen Anreise nach Bali gebraucht haben. Die Lage ist super, da es wirklich ruhig ist und man in nur 5 Minuten Fußweg bei Warungs oder Restaurants ist. Wir benötigten keine Roller und haben gemütlich die Gegend erkundet. Die Villa ist neu und wird sehr gut gepflegt - es war alles sehr sauber und mit einem hohen Standard. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee sind im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: Die Größe des Zimmers und auch das große Badezimmer mit wirklich viel Ablagefläche (das ja oft ein Problem sein kann). Das Service ist wirklich toll: Mit viel Freundlichkeit und Achtsamkeit ist das Personal sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt schön zu gestalten. Man kann Massagen, Wanderungen und Kurse über die Unterkunft buchen. Frühstück wird auf der Terrasse serviert und besteht aus einer Auswahl von Gerichten, wo für jeden etwas dabei ist. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa sehr empfehlen.

Le lieu, la villa était magnifique avec une vue splendide. Personnel appréciable et serviable, communication par WhatsApp avec réponse rapide. Proposition d’activités avec prix raisonnable par rapport à ce qui se fait. Location de scooter possible directement sur place.

Nous avons un petit peu moins apprécié le petit déjeuner, moins de choix qu’aux autres endroits donc pour des long séjours, cela peut devenir répétitif. C’était bon mais pas exceptionnel. Concernant l’activité des massages, les prix étaient très bas par rapport aux autres spa, le massage était très agréable mais le lieu et l’ambiance n’étaient pas au top (téléphone qui sonne, pas de musique relaxante durant le massage, famille juste à côté avec uniquement un rideau qui sépare les deux places (bébé qui pleure)). Cependant personnel très sympathique.

Mooie villa met fantastisch uitzicht.

De locatie van de villa was fantastisch! Je had uitzicht over het prive zwembad en over de rijstvelden. Heerlijk wakker worden. De villa was mooi ingericht en schoon. Er was altijd iemand aanwezig en bereikbaar voor vragen. Ook kon je bij hem activiteiten boeken en een scooter huren. Ontbijt was ook goed geregeld en werd klaargezet in de villa.

Geen minpunten te noemen, maar als we dan toch een puntje moeten noemen is dat het paadje naar de villa toe erg donker was.

Encore mieux qu'imaginé

La villa est sublime : la salle de bain, la chambre et l'extérieur, tout est top. L'emplacement au calme et au pied des rizières, difficile de faire mieux. Location de scooter ok, pas super état mais ça fait le boulot pour le prix. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux

S'il faut trouver un défaut, le canapé de la terrasse n'est pas confortable.

Magnifique séjour qui donne envie de revenir !

Un grand merci à Kadek qui s'est occupé de nous lors de notre séjour : arrivée/départ, petits-déjeuners, organisation d'activités & transports... Les points positifs : - Accueil et accompagnement du staff - Bonne literie - Propreté - Très peu de bruit - On rejoint facilement le chemin de trecking entre les rizières à pieds depuis l'hôtel - Restaurants juste en face de l'hôtel - Vue magnifique depuis la chambre sur la piscine et les rizières !

L'hôtel vient d'ouvrir, nos suggestions pour l'améliorer : - Faire une allée en dur jusqu'au logement - Boucher l'espace entre le bas de la porte coulissante et le sol pour que les moustiques ne puissent plus passer - Ajouter une moustiquaire au dessus du lit et/ou des prises anti-moustiques

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement est magnifique, parfaitement propre et très confortable. Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle et toujours aux petits soins, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’endroit est tout simplement incroyable : calme, dépaysant, et avec une vue à couper le souffle. Même si le lieu est encore récent, il mérite vraiment qu’on lui donne sa chance pour le découvrir — vous ne serez pas déçus. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables !
