good and calm

The river is beautiful and staff is very helpful. We were able to get massages in the hotel. Quiet and calm place. they also rented a scooter for us.

The room size did not match the description. hot water only lasted a few minutes.

Lovely staycation for nature lovers

The view was amazing, beautiful gardens, beautiful room with lots of light, good comfort, lovely staff, nice swimming pool, calm place, good rest. We also loved that this place is pet friendly.

We were unlucky with the weather. It was raining non stop. The toilet was outdore so we were under the rain every time we needed to use the toilet or bathroom. There was a kitchen but no minibar, no water heater or anything like that so not useful. There was a very long electricity cut. The menue at the restaurant wasn't very interesting.

Very disappointing

Location was good and the outdoor facilities were nice. Right on the river which is pretty.

We were put in a lesser room the first night because our villa was occupied. Very disappointing to arrive that way, then have to move everything the next day. Also the Wi-Fi was not working in our villa, we had to walk to the office area. This was the worst part because we need Wi-Fi so I had to buy more data from my mobile provider. Curling fans were broken so it was hot. Also, the refrigerator was DISGUSTING and broken upon arrival. They replaced the refrigerator 2 days later, but we had to use their kitchen refrigerator which was annoying. The owner/manager did not offer anything as compensation for all of the problems we faced, only apologies. And when I asked at the end to pay less for all the inconveniences, I was offered only a 6% refund. In my opinion this is not how we should have been treated. The accommodation should never have been rented in the condition it was in, we were not given what was promised on the booking.com page.

L’emplacement tout proche d’un rice tracking (5’ à pied) et collé à un work shop pour une création de bague. 20’ à pied du centre du village : attention ça grimpe mais ça se fait Le top pour une nuit à Sidemen La chambre était très jolie et l’hôtel plein de charme… le personnel était adorable ! Il manquait juste quelques ingrédients à la carte du restaurant et tout aurait été parfait

La tranquilidad. La villa era espaciosa y muy bien puesta.

En general todo bien. Quizás las opciones de restaurante algo justas pero realmente suficientes y aceptables. El personal muy atento y dispuesto, te ayudan también a buscar las actividades que quieras realizar.

L emplacement

Le logement était le plus vétuste, mal isolé, le seul sans moustiquaire, les toilettes fonctionnant mal. Les repas du restaurant sont trop légers en comparaison de leur prix. Lors de la réservation il n était pas suffisamment clair que nous choisissions ce type de logement low cost

Une belle expérience dans un cadre authentique

La gentillesse du personnel, la vue sur la rivière ! Le cadre est très agréable et le jardin très mignon, le restaurant donne sur la rivière ce qui est sympathique.

Les logements mériteraient un petit coup de rafraîchissement car ils sont assez humides (cela se sent dans la literie ce qui n’est pas très agréable). Par ailleurs le lit canapé mentionne n’est pas un lit canapé mais un canapé simple ( à savoir si on compte dessus comme couchage, même si pour nous, ils ont réussi à les coller avec d’autres fauteuils pour faire un lit canapé). La salle de bain est extérieur, pas gênant quand il fait beau mais plus galère quand il pleut. Par ailleurs l’eau chaude est de courte durée ( 2 petites douches max).

Locatie was goed, personeel was vriendelijk

Vuil, onhygiënisch en aftandse inrichting. Muffe geur, zogezegd van regenbui de dag voordien, maar ook zwarte schimmel. Badkamer primitief. Moesten personeel zoeken om te kunnen ontbijten. In keuken maar 2 borden voor 4 personen, geen afwasmiddel of handdoek. Deuren sloten niet, dus muggen en gekko's kropen zo binnen.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

J’ai séjourné deux nuits dans ce logement, j’ai changé de chambre après la première nuit car la wifi ne fonctionnait pas (personnel très à l’écoute qui a rapidement voulu trouver une solution). La chambre est simple et efficace! Le petit déjeuner est en supplément. La piscine est top ! Le logement se situe à une bonne quinzaine/vingtaine de minutes à pied du “centre” tout en étant au calme à proximité des rizières. Le personnel est très gentil et se plie en quatre pour vous aider. En résumé : simple et efficace pour un bon rapport qualité/prix !

nous avions loué une villa de "luxe" 😕 ben je sais pas où était le luxe pas de prise au abord du lit bouton interrupteur lumière a l'opposé du lit chambre basique salle de bain basique pas de clim literie très inconfortable notre dos se rappelle des ressorts surtout ne pas prendre la chambre au ras de la rivière je ne recommande pas du tout
