Exceptional home stay! Highly recommend!

Lumbung Kembar Sidemen is a truly wonderful place to stay. The staff (Kadek x 3) are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They were attentive and made us feel at home but also respected our privacy, which was appreciated. The villas were clean, well maintained, and were fitted with comfortable beds and air conditioning, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after exploring the charming Sidemen area. The breakfast each morning was delicious and freshly prepared, the perfect start to a day. The villas offered stunning views of Sidemen’s lush rice terraces ( especially from the top balcony). The serene surroundings and access to the inviting pool added to the sense of relaxation. The tall green leafy foliage along the full length of pool was a lovely feature and we would suggest it be maintained as it provided essential privacy given its close proximity to the restaurant/ property next door. Everything about Lumbung Kembar Sidemen exceeded expectations. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, natural beauty, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend this peaceful retreat—and we are already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Sidemen Lumbung

We spent 4 nights at Lumbung Kembar to finish off our 12 night holiday and it was perfect for our needs. The Lumbung was comfortable, within easy walking distance to many restaurants/cafes and overlooked the rice terrace. It's also an easy 25min scooter ride (or you could get a driver) to visit Gembleng Waterfall. The hot water was instant and the shower was great. Bedding was comfy. The staff were helpful and lovely. It's also next door to a laundry which was really convenient. Thank you Lumbung Kembar, you helped make our Bali adventure memorable for all the right reasons.

It was a bit warm downstairs because there's only a fan and the aircon is upstairs only. It didn't worry us as we didn't use downstairs but if I was booking for 4ppl, I'd want to know that

A lovely cabin, exceptionally clean. Area was really nice with lots of good resturants. Staff were lovely and breakfast delivered to the room every morning was a real highlight!

Exclusive and lovely place with only 2 rooms, pretty view

Loved the location, the room was awesome, pool, viee everything great. They also organised a rental scooter and a taxi super easy. Only thing is if you like to sleep in you might hear noises from the restaurant next to the room on the right side. ( only 2 rooms, very exclusive stay)

Leuk voor een paar nachten. Mooie omgeving.

De locatie. Het onderkomen was redelijk basic, maar de locatie vergoedt veel. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Lekker zwembadje voor het terras. Water was in deze tijd wel koud.

Badkamer was een beetje vreemd. Heel groot, maar de afvoer van de douche achter het toilet.

Het meisje van de receptie was heel lief en geïnteresseerd.. mooi uitzicht vanuit het huisje.

Het was heeel gehorig helaas slecht geslapen.. zwembad was vies bed boven stonk beddengoed was wel schoon voor het zicht.

Großzügige, schöne Unterkunft

Die Betten waren super bequem und den Pool hat man sich nur noch mit einem anderen Bungalow geteilt. Für den Abreisetag wurde uns sogar ein lunchpaket zubereitet, weil wir schon um 7 Uhr abgeholt wurden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und rund um die Unterkunft gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und warungs

Der Abfluss der Dusche war am anderen Ende des Raumes so dass immer das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser stand

Un bungalow qui donne sur une piscine quasiment privée car il n’y a que 2 bungalow Lieu agréable avec des prestations comme massage très agréable et pas cher. Entouré de resto très sympa et très bon. Endroit paisible et calme avec une vue magnifique

Hay bastantes restaurantes en la misma calle. El restaurante que esta justo al lado esta muy bueno. La piscina está bien, aunque fria porque no toca el sol. La cama es cómoda

Se escucha mucho ruido por la noche, de la cocina del restaurante del lado. En el baño se acumula mucha humedad porque el agua de la ducha se estanca. El desayuno no es el que mas nos ha gustado…

Soggiorno piacevole con ottima colazione!

Struttura ad un passo dalle risaie di Sidemen, colazione abbondante e deliziosa e host molto disponibile!

Poca privacy: la portafinestra della camera affaccia sulla piscina condivisa e su un camminamento dove passano spesso cameriere della struttura. La doccia non ha cabina/divisorio e lo scolo è dietro il WC, dalla parte opposta del bagno, quindi quando si fa la doccia tutto il pavimento si riempie di acqua. Inoltre qualche mensola in più nel bagno avrebbe fatto comodo. Lo scooter che ci è stato fornito dalla struttura era senza benzina (non ci era stato detto che non è compresa quando abbiamo chiesto) e aveva la sella rotta.

La conception du logement en bois. La gentillesse du personnel.

Pas insonorisé du tout, on entendait nos voisins mais surtout le restaurant on avait l impression d être dans leur cuisine et des odeurs de cuisine en permanence. L eau de la piscine très froide. Le petit déjeuner un peu léger mais bon.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Lumbung Kembar

Mooi huisje met zowel boven als beneden een grote slaapkamer. Ontbijt wordt op het eigen terras geserveerd en is heel goed verzorgd. We hadden allebei de huisjes gereserveerd en dan heb je het zwembad voor jezelf.

Magnifique vue !

Joli cottage avec une superbe vue !! Petit dej compris très bien ! Salle de bain top ! Piscine presque privative à partager avec le 2eme cottage mais cela ne pose pas problème. Personnel très gentil ! Nous avons loué 2 scooters en direct avec eux, tout s'est très bien passé.

Malheureusement, notre cottage était collé à un restaurant qui a un peu abusé de la musique un soir jusqu'à 23h.. Notre hôte est intervenue pour régler ce petit souci et faire en sorte que la musique soit stoppée plus tôt. Merci à elle !

Très joli coin avec vue magnifique face aux rizières. Personnel très agréable, on recommande les massages chez Shanti Spa!!! Petit dej correct. Piscine à partager avec l’autre lodge. Pas dérangeant. Restaurant juste à côté super bon !

L’emplacement et la vue sont les points forts de cet hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique. Si vous prévoyez de passer une ou deux nuits à Sidemen un bon compromis et un bon rapport qualité prix.

Lumbung kembar veut dire grenier à riz. On est dans le thème…. C’est une cabane sans isolation. Du coup on entends tous les bruits aux alentours ( circulation et musique du Warung à côté.C’est bruyant des 7 heure du matin. Je précise que cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir !

Sfeervolle cabin

Twee fraai gelegen eenvoudige cabins. Een betoverend uitzicht. Klein maar fijn zwembad. De ruimte op de eerste verdieping heeft airconditioning. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. In de omgeving zijn hele goede restaurants en koffiezaken. Er valt veel moois in Sidemen te ontdekken. Ik heb op deze locatie veel kunnen rusten en kunnen schrijven. Het doel van deze paar dagen. Ik verbleef in de meest linker cabin vanaf de weg gezien.

De omgeving is wat gehorig. Dat komt door het nabij gelegen (goede) restaurant en bouwwerkzaamheden. Dat kan ook niet anders. Sidemen groeit. De badkamer is niet handig gebouwd. Douche en toilet in een ruimte wordt al gauw een waterballet.

tres bon rapport qualite prix, bien situe, belle vue, mais un peu bruyant

Les maisonnettes sont tres jolies, bien amenagees et comfortables. Les lits sont grands et couverts d'une moustiquaire ce qui est appreciable dans cette region rurale tres humide! Les jeunes filles qui nous ont servis etaient tres gentilles, et nous avons eu un jus de fruis frais de bienvenue super bon! la piscine est petite mais au milieu de la verdure avec vue imprenable sur la montagne, magique! Sidemen est une region tres pauvre de Bali, ces logements sont tres agreables pour le coin, et bien situes, sur une rue ou il y a plusieurs restos, du petit Warung pas cher au resto balinais super chic, a qq min de marche...

un peu decus car la maisonette est attenante au petit Warung d'a cote, c'est donc assez bruyant le soir jusque 22h30 et le matin des 7h...

Fantastisch lieve mensen en een fantastisch verblijf!

Fantastisch mooie ligging, dichtbij de rijstvelden en restaurantjes. Prachtige omgeving! Ontzettend lief personeel!

Wij verbleven drie nachten en geen enkele keer is onze kamer schoongemaakt, geen schone handdoeken e.d. daar hebben we uiteindelijk zelf om gevraagd. De douche is niet warm, lauw. Wat prima is met deze temperaturen maar af en toe even hete douche zou lekker zijn geweest. Het water stroomt door de hele douche naar het putje achter de wc weg waardoor het 1 natte kliederboel wordt.
