Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They made us feel truly welcome. We enjoyed every moment here and would definitely love to come back.
The only small downside was that we had to shorten our stay because our flight schedule changed. However, this was absolutely not the fault of the property. If anything, we only wished we could have stayed longer.

Immaculate villa. New and very well appointed. Stunning view. The sound of the river running below was soothing. The food was great and very well priced. The staff were friendly and polite - particularly Tuket who was happy and bubbly.
Located about 200m from the Rice Terrace Walk which is a big plus for those without scooters.
Small points - not deal-breakers:
The pool was a bit cloudy, could do with a second pillow for reading in bed. Breakfast menu could do with a re-vamp.
