Just such a nice place. Best we have been on Bali since we arrived 3 weeks ago. Sidemen and this place is so peaceful. We can recommend 100%. It was clean, comfy, perfect. But be aware of one thing: You are litterally in nature. So it happens to have geckos or lizards in your room and as the bathroom is open you will meet insects. But this is part of the deal and it is cleaned everyday.

beautiful, clean room with good air conditioning. A large outdoor bathroom with powerful hot rainfall shower. staff were so lovely and helpful. Food both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were able to rent a scooter from the property as well. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Bed and pillows are comfortable, quite clean for bali as it is new property. quite, staffs are friendly.

It is pretty inconvenient to take shower because there are only stones to stand on, and it is only rain shower no hand shower. there is no ala carte menu to eat, you have to walk / go to nearby restaurants

Very nice and clean Bungalow directly in the rice fields with everything you need. Friendly Homestay owner. It is reasonable quite since not too many Cars and Scooters are coming by. Very good restaurants are in 5 minute walking distance.

• Location - 1km away from the main hustle of Sidemen village, but right in the rice fields and has amazing surroundings and scenery! • The place is new and very well-maintained, the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable bed, good bathroom, really nice front porch. • There is AC, unlike most hotels in Sidemen! • There is private parking if you have a rented scooter or car.

• We had a situation in which the staff didn't respond in the best way - When we arrived there was some problem with the warm water in the bathroom, they did their best to fix it, but we were tired and asked them to leave it for tomorrow. The next day we asked them if they could fix it or if not - move us to another room. They had 1 available and we agreed to take it, if water cannot be fixed by the time we are back from our day trip. When we came back at 4pm, water was not fixed (they were waiting for plumber or sth), but they had already accepted another booking for the last room. We were with 11 month old baby and told them this is unacceptable and we will change the hotel, if they don't give us another room. So, they offered us the last available room intending to accommodate their other guests in our room (still with cold water). I thought that was bad business practices I wouldn't support and we changed the hotel. However, they understood they did something wrong, were kind enough to give us back in cash our money for the remaining 2 nights and even gave us a ride to the new place. Appologized a million times, so it could be just a lesson learned for them. Otherwise, the place is great value for money!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was extremely peaceful and was a very much needed stay to relax between our fast paced trip in Bali. The rooms were beautiful and spotless and our host was extremely helpful. Some restaurants are a close walk up the street and you can also rent a scooter from Gong Wi if you want to go further.

Beware of ordering lunches and dinners as they are not included and are very expensive. Prices were not communicated until the end of our stay.

Location is beautiful but a little far out if you’re wanting to walk places. But this didn’t hinder our stay at all, we still had a great time

Loved this homestay - would definitely recommend if you’re planning to visit Sidemen. Our room was spotlessly clean. The food was 10/10, it was great to get a taste of real Balinese food. Lovely hosts - the family provided a taxi service when we needed it too. We also rented a bike for 75k.

We had a calm and peaceful stay, the rooms are aesthetically set up and the staff are wonderful!! Highlight of our stay was the dinner we had here, delicious balinese food with impressive presentation.

The bungalows are brand you, very confortable and kept very clean (far above the average of other guesthouses). The place is not directly in the center of Sidemen, but among the rice fields, so the only noises you hear are from the nature. The owners and all the staff are very nice and welcoming. The breakfast included is very good, and you can also enjoy diner on site with local and generous plates. Several activities are proposed such as coconut oil fabrication, Balinese cooking class, hike in the rice fields... We tried the oil fabrication, which we definitely recommend. Finally, if you need a pickup and transfer service, have in mind that Gong Wi is right on time and drives safely.

The only thing one could miss is the absence of direct view on the rice fields when opening the curtains. But the panoramic views or just besides, and it would cost much more to be on a rice terrace.
