This is my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. A little jungle retreat in the best of Bali nature. Beautiful, serene, calm, peaceful- it was so relaxing listening to the beautiful river. The staff were amazingly friendly, food great, pool area lovely, room cosy. AC and wifi worked perfectly. If you want to switch off and chill out in authentic Bali (away from tourists), book book book!

Loved the view, the quiet setting, the lush green garden and landscape all around
As it turns out the river tents are a little loud given their proximity to the river. It was harder to sleep than expected but for some it might work great. I am a light sleeper

Unstaffed 1st check in desk makes check in a challenge.
Have to carry luggage about 350 meters from car park to reception / check in desk.

Beautiful location, scenery, views and environment were lovely. Best shower and ample seating space so guests aren’t on top of each other.
Food was excellent, breakfast portions very small.
DO NOT Book deluxe room on the river UNLESS you bring earplugs. The noise from the rapids was excessive, it wasn’t a peaceful river stream. Communicating was near impossible over the noise and sleep was also near impossible.
Beautiful to sit and enjoy during the day.
Really not suitable for children it is on a cliff edge.
Staff weren’t very attentive
